The purpose of this paper is to clarify and analyse the actual condition of the Intergenerational Homeshare programmes in Germany. In Germany, the programmes started in 1990s and have been managed jointly by different organisations with partners such as the universities and local authorities. The forms of partnership are various in different programmes and the stable structure is one of the most important points to make the programme sustainable. Their management systems and partnerships could be applied as precedence to Japan.
