摘要:本研究では,塩類化土地における Tamarix ramosissima Ledeb.の土壌改良効果を評価するための基 礎的データを得ることを目的に,塩水灌漑下における当年生 T. ramosissima 挿し木苗のナトリウム(Na +) 動態の定量化を行った。苗木に 0,100,200 及び 400 mM の塩水を灌漑した後,圃場水を適宜灌水して育 成した。塩水灌漑開始から 120 日後に植物体を掘り取り,植物体の Na + 吸収量,植物体の各器官の蓄積量お よび土壌への還元量を推定した。その結果,地上部への Na + 蓄積の増加量は,1.8~2.2 g m-2 120 days-1 と 推定された。また,塩水灌漑下の苗木の Na + 吸収量は 10~19 g m-2 120 days-1 と推定された。この値は,土 壌中の蓄積量の 9%~17%に相当した。 キーワード:塩水灌漑,Na + 動態,乾燥地,挿し木苗,タマリスク,ファイトレメディエーション IMADA Shogo, ACHARYA Kumud, IWANAGA Fumiko and YAMANAKA Norikazu :Effects of salinity on sodium dynamics of a halophytic shrub, Tamarix ramosissima Abstract : To obtain the basic information to evaluate the potential of Tamarix ramosissima in bioremediation of saline soil, we investigated the effects of saline irrigation on Na + dynamics of current year rooted cuttings.
