Based on the surveys, the "rebuilding type" is good for thoroughly improving living environments and solving the problem��������������������������������������������������������������������������������� ����������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� type" can not only improve the living environments of "villages inside city" to an acceptable extent, but also keep the low-income �����������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������ly it to the "villages inside city" in inland cities. In future, the mechanism of urban regeneration which can both keep balances among all interests and match all regions even all "villages inside cities" need to be taken further consideration.
Wetland conservation has been promoted in Taiwan since 2000s. We focused on the wetland conservation policy in Taiwan including the following points.1. The system of designation of "National important wetland" change into "important wetland" which includes "international level", "national level" and "local level". We analyzed the difference between each of them and also introduced the process and evaluation system for designation.2. Taiwan passed the Wetland Conservation Act and started the implementation since the beginning of 2015. We reviewed the process of the legislation of Wetland Conservation Act and the framework of this legal system for wetland conservation.3. Important wetland use and conservation plan should be proposed by national government and local government for each important wetland according to the Wetland Conservation Act. The characteristic of this plan is also analyzed.4. After the analysis, we pointed out some issues including (1) Negotiation and confliction with other departments. (2) Limit of Wise Use. Besides, we also proposed some suggestions for the Japanese government for the future policy making of wetland conservation.
