The current study aimed at recognizing the differences in both neurotic perfectionism and happiness among university male and female students as well as detecting the correlate relation between neurotic perfectionism and happiness. The research sample comprised of (100) university male and female students from Faculty of Arts -Mansoura University. The results showed statistical differences in neurotic perfectionism among male and female employees in favor of female students at the level of significance 0.01, while the happiness differences were in favor of male students at the level of significance 0.01. The correlate coefficient between neurotic perfectionism and happiness was at the level of significance 0.01.
