This study aims to examine the effect of university social responsibility on sustainable corporate reputation for private universities in Egypt. A sample of 390 students was selected from a population that includes 54000 students of four private universities, with a response rate of the sample members was 73%. The SPSS statistical program was used to enter statistical data.The results of the statistical analysis showed that there is a significant effect of university social responsibility on sustainable corporate reputation. The dimension of the university economic responsibility has the highest effect on corporate reputation, while the dimension of the university legal responsibility has the highest effect on the sustainable image. Additionally, the study showed that there were no significant differences in the perceptions of students of the study variables according to the differences of the demographic variables.
