In modern conditions, the urgent social need is to increase the effectiveness of social and educational work in the centers of social and psychological rehabilitation of children with adolescents to form their sociality. The crisis state of modern Ukrainian society actualizes the need for highly qualified specialists in social education -social pedagogues. After all, the leading goal of their professional activity is the integration of the educational efforts of social institutions to ensure the sociality of the individual, support and stimulation to active life, self-development and self-affirmation, its social stability (as a guarantee of the social stability of society as a whole). This leads to an increase in the requirements for the personality and professional behavior of a specialist in the social and pedagogical field, who must be a comprehensively developed, professionally educated, creative person, capable of self-improvement, independent decision-making in situations of moral choice.Based on the generalization of the results of the analysis of scientific sources, it was established that the professional activity of a social pedagogue by its nature, character and result includes a deontological component (regulation of behavior by society with the help of developed obligations), and its effectiveness depends on the formation of the specialist's internal imperative of professional obligation to society, responsibility for its proper implementation. The deontological nature of the profession of a social pedagogue (increased requirements for a representative of the profession from society due to the ability to influence the socialization of another person, his fate, place in society, etc.) necessitates the use of a deontological approach to the professional training of a specialist, ensuring the formation of his deontological culture.The structural components of the deontological culture of a social pedagogue are determined -value, cognitive, normative, behavioral, which are characterized as
