Abstract. The paper is devoted to the actual issue of controller synthesis for the stabilizing systems of theinformation-measuring devices meant for exploitation at vehicles of a wide class. In the paper the problemstatement has been represented. Features of the H¥ -synthesis procedure for the studied class system basedon the method of mixed sensitivity have been defined. Efficiency of the suggested approach has been provedby the simulation results. For many years, Ukraine is not entirely able to reverse the dangerous tendencies of growing distrust of the public to the activities of state authorities. In particular, the promises of public authorities regarding the improvement and development of information and communication technologies that are used both in the activities of state authorities, in narrow circles of specialists, and in everyday life of ordinary people are not fully fulfilled. The state-civil communicative network is one of the main directions of stimulating economic growth, employment, expansion of competition and, as a result, contributing to overcoming "digital isolation", both social and geographic. Without the state-civilian communicative network it is virtually impossible to execute management decisions, to make feedback and to correct the goals and stages of the activity of state authorities.

Large-scale and rapid development of domestic and foreign trade, which is taking place in the context of the deepening of market relations, liberalization and de-monopolization, becomes increasingly based on the principles of competition, both in the domestic market and in foreign ones. The paper is devoted to the actual issue of the robust two-degree-of-freedom controller design. The statement of the problem for the robust optimization of the two-degree-of-freedom controller by the method of mixed sensitivity is represented. The expression for the cost function of the mixed sensitivity method for the system with the two-degree-of-freedom controller, taking into consideration the influence of disturbances, is obtained. The components of the generalized system with the two-degree-of-freedom controller and principles of the weighting transfer functions introduction are defined. The transformation of the formulated problem to the ∞ H -optimization which may be implemented by the MATLAB software is carried out.
