Актуальність дослідження. Проблема академічної саморегуляції студентів є достатньо вивченою на теренах української психології (О. Галата, Л. Жданюк, О. Зайцева, М. Кузнєцов, М. Татієвська, О. Кузнецов, К. Фоменко, М. Яцюк та ні.), утім специфіка навчально-професійної діяльності та її регуляції у курсантів залишається маловивченою. Мета дослідження – визначити кореляції показників академічної саморегуляції та психологічних особливостей навчально-професійної діяльності курсантів. Методи та вибірка досліджуваних. Дослідницьку вибірку склали 135 курсантів (16 жінок та 119 чоловіків). Психометричну вибірку склали 258 студентів і курсантів (117 чоловіків та 241 дівчина). Методика «Психологічний капітал студента»; «Утрехтська шкала захопленості навчанням– UWES-S». UWES-S; Методика «Психологічне вигорання» Маслач-Джексон; Методика «Вимоги та ресурси навчання»; Методика «Пресинги навчальної діяльності студента» М. Кузнецова; Методика діагностики академічної саморегуляції. Результати. Показано зв’язки між саморегуляцією навчально-професійної діяльності та психологічним капіталом студента, особливостями психічного вигорання, вимогами та ресурсами навчання, пресингами навчальної діяльності. Висновки. Встановлено, що ресурси навчально-професійної діяльності (психологічний капітал, виражений у показниках самоефективності, надії, резильєнтності та оптимізму; захопленість навчанням, виражена показниками енергійності, ентузіазму, поглиненості у навчання; ясність та адекватність вимог у навчанні, підтримка викладача та однокласників) позитивно пов’язані із автономною академічною саморегуляцією курсантів, натомість надмірні вимоги у навчанні, виражені у проявах цинізму психічного вигорання та стресу від навчального процесу та навчання загалом, передбачають залежний тип академічної саморегуляції, зниження інтересу до навчання у курсантів.
