The aim: To determine learners’ (doctors) needs and draw up proposals for upgrading educational communication processes in the “provider-consumer” system of educational services. Materials and methods: The biblio-semantic, biostatistic and sociological methods were used. 754 author questionnaires were processed. Results: The socio-professional characteristics of learning service consumers at Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education were analyzed as well as studied their proposals. Evaluating communication interactions in the “provider-consumer” system of educational services concerned determining the most comfortable organizational modes of education for a consumer, making a careful analysis of the learning service characteristics by “accessibility” and “effectiveness” criteria. The determination methodology and research results can be used by universities and colleges regardless of the educational program specialization. Conclusions: Ensuring the educational communication processes effectiveness in the “provider-consumer” system of educational services is achieved by studying learners’ adaptation according to such principal criteria as organizational modes of education, the learning service accessibility and effectiveness. The learning service providers adjust customer requirements to the capabilities of a particular educational institution (personnel availability, facilities and resources etc.) and so that they ensure competitiveness.
Мета: оцінити стан здоров'я дорослого населення зони спостереження об'єктів атомної енергетики України на прикладі Запорізької АЕС. Матеріали та методи. Системно оглядовий, бібліографічний, аналітичний, соціологічного опитування та ста тистичний методи. Результати. Встановлено зростання захворюваності дорослого населення м. Нікополь Дніпропетровської об ласті, що входить до зони спостереження Запорізької АЕС, на хвороби органів травлення. Найбільше зростання рівнів захворюваності відзначалося на виразку шлунку та дванадцятипалої кишки, гастрити і дуоденіти, холе цистити, холангіти на 340 %, 305 % та на 83 %, відповідно. Висновки. У зв'язку з проживанням у промислово розвинутому районі і подовження роботи діючих АЕС після закінчення проектного терміну їх експлуатації в Україні, можливим впливом шкідливих чинників на здоров'я на селення зон спостереження, зростанням захворюваності дорослого населення на хвороби органів травлення, стан його здоров'я потребує постійного спостереження та детального вивчення. The article describes the activities of scientific and pedagogical staff on information technology (IT) in the modernization of the educational process in the context of health reform and the development of public health in Ukraine. The major challenges and obstacles facing the institutions of postgraduate training preventive medicine physicians have been analyzed. By surveying the trainees, the authors have investigated and summarized the needs of post-graduate students for the development of their IT skills in the workplace, methods for enhancing and supporting their motivation, their vision of how their educational institution is committed to meeting their expectations. The article considers the implementation of smart technologies from the standpoint of a practically oriented approach to modernizing of the post-graduate training. The possibilities of smart-technologies to raise cognitive activity, develop communication skills (trainee-trainee, trainee-educator), distribute individual vitagenic and professional experience in the course of training, as well as their role in adapting the training to the needs of a particular audience have been analyzed. The use of the most effective smart-technologies in each of the main stages of the pedagogical process (updating of knowledge and understanding, application of knowledge, analysis, synthesis and evaluation) has been shown. The authors have presented the algorithm for information and analytical competence development in preventive medicine physicians, including smart-technologies application, in terms of performing by pedagogical staff’s different professional roles as a manager, a change agent, a coach etc. It has been proved that one of strategic tasks of postgraduate training of preventive medicine physicians is systemic and complex implementation of smart-technologies into educational process with a perspective informatization of educational environment.
The aim: Scientific justification of the public health management methods and instruments for improvement of its effectiveness. Materials and methods: The authors conducted a complex research of the public health of Ukraine personnel resources development during the system establishment and building. Conclusions: The paper justifies the competence-based model of a specialist (the postgraduate educational level) as well as the university educational standards of the first (bachelor) and second (master) levels of specialty 229 “Public health”, knowledge branch 22 “Healthcare”. The authors have established insufficient level of the youth motivation for obtaining the specialty certification and described disadvantages of both advocacy program within the public health system and its leadership within the preventive system component. The authors emphasize the necessity of an integrated preventive program maintaining and strengthening the population health, using the advocacy component and available information resources of the public health.
