Educational Objectives.Nonpsychotic mental disorders in children, bio-psycho-social assistance to children with mental and behavioral disorders, Center for comprehensive psychosocial rehabilitation of children, medical and psychological support, multi-modal system of providing medical and psychological assistance, psychotherapy is combined with animal-assisted therapy, psychocorrectional work in the «in / out door» system.Purpose.Develop a medical and psychological treatment system, support and prophylaxis disadaptive psychological disorders in children.Methods.Diagnostic and advisory work, correctional work, rehabilitation work, social and psychological work, methodical work.Results.After the medical and psychological adjustment in four study groups (children with F90.0 – 1st group, F94 – 2nd group, F81 – 3rd group and F82 – 4th group) the following results were obtained:-Positive’+’ marker of social adaptation (the stabilization of family relationships, positive academic performance and normalization of interpersonal relationships with peers) in 1st group was 74,5%, in 2nd group – 86,0%, in 3rd group –50,0% and in 4th group – 48,1%;The conclusionsThe system of medical and psychological support for children with mental and behavioral disorders.The basic criteria for the effectiveness of medical and psychological treatment: the formation of a constructive type of family relationships and social adaptation.Testing results on the primary stage of the work of the Center has demonstrated its effectiveness in 74.5% of children diagnosed with F 90, in 86.0% - with F 94, in 50.0% - with F 81 and in 48.1% with F 82, who underwent medical and psychological correction.
In the course of work with the purpose of developing a complex pathopsychologically grounded system of psychotherapy and psychoprophylaxis for students of higher educational institutions with depressive disorders of affective (DDAR) and neurotic (DDNR) registers, a complex psychodiagnostic, psychometric, and clinical and psychopathological study of 200 students from various universities at the age of 17-24 was conducted. According to the results of the study, it was revealed that the effect of factors related to the start of studies at the university results in the highest probability of depressive disorders of the neurotic register among younger students. Students of senior years are maximally adapted to the conditions of study; therefore, the incidence of these disorders, both clinical and subclinical, is average among them, whereas in senior years there is an increase in the incidence of depressive disorders of the affective register. The article also presents the diagnostic results of studying the emotional sphere of students, the syndromological structure of depressive disorders of both registers, and formulated recommendations on the diagnosis and treatment of patients with depressions in the primary medical system.
IntroductionThe problem of children's mental health in Ukraine – it is one of the most pressing problems in the country's health. This is due to the increasing number of extreme situations (military operations in the territory of Ukraine) for the last time that calls for the training of specialists capable of carrying out psychosocial rehabilitation to victims of “anti-terrorist operation”(ATO).ObjectivesThe mental and behaviour disorders in children affected of ATO. We studied 261 families: 107 adults and 154 children. The aim of the project was to optimize the provision of psycho-social support for children and adolescents with problems of the psychic sphere by developing a system of psychological adjustment and social education at the Centre for psychosocial rehabilitation of children, as well as the creation of the necessary conditions that expand the comfort and a safe space for the child to enhance positive impacts and mitigate negative impacts of the social environment.MethodsThe leading role was played by a combination of two areas of work, namely the psychocorrection (trainings, art-, individual-, family-, hyppo-therapy) and social work.ResultsIn 85.4% of the children showed stabilization of mental and emotional state, reducing aggression, increasing motivation to social activity. In 56.3% of families – reducing conflict relations.ConclusionsThe non-standard way of psycho-correction allowed organizing a fruitful and creative leisure, which resulted in the reduction of aggression and anxiety, increased motivation for the successful development of new activities and problem-solving skills and conflict situations with peers and family members.Disclosure of interestThe authors have not supplied their declaration of competing interest.
Currently the problem of aid and compensation for children and adolescents with deviant behavior (DB) is one-sided. All obligations under this psychocorrection contingent assigned to the law enforcement agencies. As a pilot project was established program of psychosocial rehabilitation of adolescents with DB on the basis of «Ecopark».
Ukraine is the problem of children's mental health. Contemporary one of the most urgent health problems in Ukraine. In recent years a number of studies confirms the trend of mental pathology of growth with an increase in the number of clinical forms of psychotic register, including behavioral disorders in children. In turn, this is due to the increasing number of emergency situations (antiterrorist operations on the territory of Ukraine) for the last time. Ukraine now is an urgent need to establish a system of psychosocial rehabilitation of children with impaired mental development. International Charity Fund “Alexander Feldman Fund” in the Ecopark established the center for psychosocial rehabilitation of children and adolescents with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders. The center created the conditions for the restoration of a bio-psycho-social harmony of the child in the conditions of modern urban-deformed medium. The aim of the center is to restore the level of social functioning and quality of life of children with ADHD, children with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome and other neuropsychiatric disorders. The Center based on ecotherapy, also used animal therapy, garden therapy, play therapy, art therapy (studio for painting, sculpting).
