У статті розкрито особливості розробки проєкту програмного комплексу для оптимізації розташування елементів лікарняного фонду за допомогою математичних методів, що дозволяє своєчасно попередити користувача про можливість оптимізації схеми лікарняної палати, спостерігати за станом завантаженості лікарні загалом, надавати рекомендації у вигляді запропонованих варіантів розміщення елементів лікарняного фонду, виконувати аналіз показників. Програмний комплекс має функцію оповіщення користувача, що спрацьовує, коли схема потребує змін і додаток передає право на надання рекомендацій щодо розташування. Реалізовано спостереження лікарем за управлінням розміщення хворого відповідно до шаблону «Спостерігач» мовою програмування PHP. Також створено резервування за шаблоном «Будівник» мовою програмування PHP, що дозволило покращити ефективність роботи програми, її підтримку та перенесення програми на іншу платформу. В роботі були використані математичні методи для прогнозування оптимального розміщення елементів лікарняного фонду, що дає змогу одержувати прогнозовані схеми можливого розміщення елементів у палаті, отримувати рекомендації щодо покращення розташування. За допомогою математичних методів із оптимізації геометричних елементів можна розробляти та впроваджувати складні медичні процеси з використанням такого програмного забезпечення, як «AssemblyScript» (WebAssembly). Широкий функціонал бібліотеки дає можливість створити математичну модель будь-якої складності. Програмний комплекс можна використовувати не лише як помічника лікаря, а й як адміністратора та його заміну. В разі заміни існує ризик, що система може дати збій у прогнозуванні або неправильну рекомендаційну схему з невеликою часткою ймовірності. Тому вона має бути доведена до найбільш можливої точності для подальшого розгляду в якості заміни адміністратора лікарняної установи та частково лікаря.
