Results the set of formed, established value orientations is the center of consciousness, which ensures the stability of the individual. Therefore, value orientations are the most important factor that regulates and determines the motivation of the individual. The main content of value orientations is political, philosophical (ideological), moral beliefs of a person, deep and constant attachments, moral principles of behavior. V. Vasyutinsky characterizes today's Ukrainian society as serving liberal or social values. Value is a concept used in philosophy and sociology to refer to objects, phenomena, their properties, as well as abstract ideas that embody social ideals and serve as a standard for society. The article analyzes three forms of existence of value: Originality: The development of the personality of the future teacher is determined not only by innate peculiarities (in the case of a healthy psyche), not only by social conditions, but also by the internal position-the child's already formed attitude towards the world of people, to the world of things and to himself. Conclusion: therefore, finally, we want to emphasize that it is analysis of the complex nature of value orientations (unity in it objectively-meaningful and subjectivepersonal sides) to consider it as the "core" of the personality of the future teacher, as a defining (genetic and functional) integrity, because value orientations create the basis for combining various relations in which a person really functions, they determine the orientation of each individual.
