АннотацияПредмет. Дисфункция височно-нижнечелюстного сустава характеризуется широкой распространенностью, полиэтиологичностью, прогредиентным течением и высокой частотой рецидивов. Эта совокупность особенностей данной патологии ставит ее в ряд актуальных проблем общемедицинского значения. Разнообразие концепций и подходов к анализу этиопатогенеза дисфункции височно-нижнечелюстного сустава обуславливает повышенный интерес к поиску высокоинформативных методов диагностики, особенно на этапе доклинических проявлений.Цель -анализ возможностей современных технологий в диагностике функциональных нарушений височно-нижнечелюстного сустава.Материалы и методы. Исследование проводили на основе поиска и изучения оригинальных статей по вопросам диагностики дисфункции височно-нижнечелюстного сустава в базах данных: Российская государственная библиотека, eLibrary, PubMed, The Cochrane Library, Google Scholar. Основной отбор материалов осуществлялся по ключевым словам.Результаты. В обзоре рассмотрены как общепринятые, так и альтернативные подходы к диагностике разных клинических проявлений дисфункции височно-нижнечелюстного сустава. Описаны диагностическая ценность анализа окклюзионных нарушений в индивидуально настраиваемом артикуляторе, виртуальном артикуляторе, системе Т-скан, возможности телерентгенографии, аксиографии, электромиографии, компьютерной и магнитно-резонансной томографии.Выводы. Проведенный обзор литературных источников по проблеме диагностики дисфункции височно-нижнечелюстного сустава показал научно-обоснованный спектр диагностических возможностей современной стоматологии, тенденцию к развитию высокоинформативных цифровых технологий диагностического назначения. В связи с разнообразием этиопатогенетических механизмов развития данного заболевания обоснована перспектива для дальнейшего углубленного изучения данного вопроса.Ключевые слова: дисфункция, височно-нижнечелюстной сустав, телерентгенограмма, компьютерная томография, магнитно-резонансная томография Авторы заявляют об отсутствии конфликта интересов.
