Приводятся результаты обоснование дальнейших исследований по увеличению извлекаемости золота и других благородных металлов из так называемых «упорных» руд. Прежде всего, это касается руд, содержащих ультратонкое и наноразмерное золото и платиноиды, связанные с высокоуглеродистыми рудовмещающими комплексами, определяющими значительный потенциал благородно-метального оруденения в виде крупнейших месторождений, в том числе месторождений – гигантов. Показано, что неизвлекаемое, наноразмерное золото составляет значительную, иногда подавляющую долю в общем балансе ресурсного потенциала рудных объектов. Рассмотрено понятие «кластерное» золото, дана классификация происхождения и предложены гипотезы формирования кластерных форм металлов, в том числе сорбционная, бактериальная, космическая. Обобщен опыт изучения упорных руд и технологий их переработки, показаны возможности и перспективы инновационных подходов по повышению извлекаемости благородных металлов на основе перевода кластерных неизвлекаемых форм в извлекаемые «металлические», в том числе гравитационными методами. Показана принципиальная возможность создания условий самосборки для перевода кластерного в металлическое золото. Приведены примеры для такого перевода платиноидов и других металлов.
В статье рассмотрен пример самосборки платины из нанодисперсной формы в гравитационно обогатимую. Показано, что нанодисперсные формы часто неопределимы традиционными методами лабораторных исследований, в частности пробирным анализом. Такие нано-дисперсные формы драгоценных металлов и, в частности, платины, часто оказываются за пределами возможностей современных технологических методов извлечения. Самосборка и укрупнение относятся к числу инновационных способов обогащения, которым принадлежит будущее. Эта технология базируется на «эффекте Матвиенко-Калашникова», заключающегося в появлении надбалансовых содержаний благородных металлов при супертонком измельчении руды, содержащей так называемые кластерные формы. Приводятся фактические данные о характере распределения платины в исходной руде, описываются формы «собранных» агрегатов и результаты их микрозондового изучения.
