Исследование феномена шизотипии привело к неоднозначности его понимания в современной клинической науке. В отечественной психиатрии и клинической психологии продолжительный период времени доминирующей оставалась точка зрения о принадлежности категории шизотипии к кругу эндогенных расстройств. Однако в последние годы в связи с экстенсивным исследованием зарубежными клиницистами понятия шизотипии в России ведутся разработки новой модели – изменений типа фершробен. Эта модель позволяет уточнить понятие шизотипии в контексте накопленных в отечественной науке клинических данных и сопоставления их с опытом зарубежных коллег. В связи с разработкой теории изменений типа фершробен и сбором эмпирических данных был поставлен вопрос о наличии и/или создании соответствующего методического аппарата в клинической психологии. Было обнаружено, что методический инструментарий для психологического исследования явлений шизотипического круга оказывается ограниченным. В отечественной психологии единственной доступной методикой для измерения шизотипических черт является опросник SPQ-74. В статье описываются результаты эксплораторного психологического исследования изменений типа фершробен, проведенного с использованием методики SPQ-74 на выборке из 51 пациента. Результаты исследования позволили подтвердить гипотезу о самостоятельности феномена фершробен, однако эффективность применения методики SPQ-74 для измерения и диагностики шизотипических черт, уточненных с помощью категории фершробен, не была подтверждена. Это ставит вопрос о возможности использования методик другого типа – методов клинической оценки, где более значимой является роль специалиста, что позволяет нивелировать ряд слабостей, характерных для опросниковых методов.
