Методом резонансной спектроскопии комбинационного рассеяния света в широком диапазоне длин волн лазерного возбуждения исследована динамика решетки и оптические свойства индивидуальных полупроводниковых одностенных углеродных нанотрубок с диаметрами более 2.0 nm. Индивидуальные подвешенные нанотрубки синтезированы методом химического осаждения из парогазовой фазы. Индексы хиральности (n, m) нанотрубок определялись методом электронной дифракции. Обнаружена зависимость отношения абсолютных интенсивностей поперечной и продольной оптических тангенциальных мод как от энергии возбуждения, так и от структурных параметров нанотрубок (диаметра и хирального угла). Наблюдаемые зависимости отличаются от спектральных данных, полученных ранее для индивидуальных полупроводниковых структурно идентифицированных нанотрубок с диаметрами менее 1.1 nm.Работа выполнена за счет гранта Российского научного фонда (проект № 15-12-10004). ВведениеСпектроскопия комбинационного рассеяния света (КРС) является одним из наиболее популярных нераз-рушающих методов анализа атомной структуры одно-стенных углеродных нанотрубок (ОУНТ) [1]. Типичная процедура определения индексов хиральности (n, m) на-нотрубки заключается в вычислении диаметра d ОУНТ по частоте радиально-дыхательной моды (RBM) с после-дующим сопоставлением теоретических и эксперимен-тальных энергий электронных переходов E ii по графику Катаура [2][3][4][5][6][7]. Следует отметить, что успешность приме-нения этой методики напрямую зависит от окружения, в котором находится нанотрубка [8]. Взаимодействие на-нотрубки с окружением способно изменять как частоты радиальных мод, так и энергии электронных переходов в ОУНТ [1,9], что в конечном итоге может привести к неоднозначному определению атомной структуры.Для исключения ошибок при индексации углеродных нанотрубок (УНТ) очень важно проводить анализ до-полнительных КРС-активных мод, таких, например, как продольные (LO или G + ) и поперечные (TO или G − ) оптические (тангенциальные) моды. Ранее было установ-лено, что число этих мод в спектре КРС, их форма и частота напрямую зависят от типа проводимости и диаметров ОУНТ [2,10,11]. В частности, авторы [12] изучили тангенциальные моды четырнадцати различных суспензий полупроводниковых нанотрубок с малым диа-метром (d < 1.1 nm) и обнаружили, что частоты и ин-тенсивности тангенциальных мод зависят от хирального угла θ и диаметра d, а также предложили методику опре-деления диаметров и индексов (n, m) одностенных полу-проводниковых нанотрубок малого диаметра на основе спектроскопических характеристик тангенциальных мод.Целью настоящей работы является исследование осо-бенностей тангенциальных мод индивидуальных подве-шенных одностенных нанотрубок большого диаметра (d > 2.0 nm), в частности изучение зависимости интен-сивностей тангенциальных мод от структурных парамет-ров и энергии лазерного возбуждения E laser . Проведены исследования тангенциальных G-мод индивидуальных полупроводниковых двустенных угле-родных нанотрубок методом резонансной спектроскопии комбинационного рассеяния света в широком диапазоне длин волн лазерного возбуждения. Индивидуальные подвешенные нанотрубки синтезированы методом химического осаждения из парогазовой фазы. Индексы хиральности (n, m) нанотрубок определялись методами электронной дифракции и просвечивающей электронной микроскопии высокого разрешения. В спектрах комбинационного рассеяния двустенных нанотрубок наблюдается существенный сдвиг танген-циальных мод в сравнении с аналогичными модами одностенных нанотрубок. Показано, что величина сдвига зависит от межслойного расстояния и от величины ван-дер-ваальсова взаимодействия между слоями двустенной нанотрубки. ВведениеДвустенные углеродные нанотрубки (ДУНТ) пред-ставляют собой наноструктуры, сформированные из двух коаксиальных углеродных слоев. Их промежуточ-ное положение между одностенными и многостенными трубками вызывает повышенный интерес со стороны на-учного сообщества как с фундаментальной точки зрения (ДУНТ являются простейшими системами для изучения ван-дер-ваальсового взаимодействия), так и с приклад-ной (возможность функционализировать внешнюю УНТ при сохранении свойств внутренней открывает ряд ин-тересных возможностей в индустрии и технике) [1][2][3].Изучение физических свойств нанотрубок традицион-но проводится с помощью методов оптической спек-троскопии. Среди них наиболее популярным и эф-фективным является спектроскопия комбинационного рассеяния света (КРС) [4]. В спектрах КРС может наблюдаться целый ряд активных мод, среди которых особое место занимают тангенциальные G-моды. Данные моды соответствуют колебаниям атомов, направленным по касательной к поверхности нанотрубки. В зависимо-сти от направления колебаний G-моды разделяют на продольные (LO) и поперечные (TO). Известно, что характерные особенности G-мод (профиль линии, часто-та, полуширина, относительная интенсивность) крайне чувствительны, с одной стороны, к собственным струк-турным параметром ОУНТ (диаметру d, хиральному углу θ, типу проводимости), а с другой стороны, к различным внешним воздействиям: к допированию [5], напряжению и давлению [6,7], и изменению в окруже-нии нанотрубки [8]. Следует отметить, что подробная информация о G-модах была получена в основном из измерений спектров КРС, выполненных на простран-ственно изолированных индивидуальных структурно-идентифицированных ОУНТ [9]. Это связано с тем, что в пучках ОУНТ или в растворах индивидуализированных ОУНТ широкий разброс нанотрубок по диаметру и хиральностям приводит к перекрытию G-мод и, как следствие невозможности однозначной интерпретации экспериментальных данных.
