Королёв, 141092, Россия Рассмотрены особенности реализации высокоорбитального космического комплекса (ВКК), дополняющего систему ГЛОНАСС. Показано, что условия целевого использования навигационных аппаратов ВКК на геосинхронных орбитах по сравнению с орбитами ГЛОНАСС существенно различаются ввиду увеличения дальности от спутника до наземного потребителя, а также возрастания возмущающего влияния немоделируемых ускорений, обусловленных погрешностями модели радиационного давления. Паритет со спутником ГЛОНАСС по уровню навигационного сигнала, принимаемого наземными потребителями, при переходе на другой тип орбит возможен при усложнении конструкции спутника ВКК, реализации специального программного обеспечения центра управления ВКК, отличного от используемого в центре управления ГЛОНАСС, а также при внесении изменений в структуру информации навигационного сигнала. Сделан вывод о том, что преимуществ, обеспечиваемых ВКК, можно добиться меньшими усилиями, в первую очередь, путем добавления штатно используемых спутников в существующие орбитальные плоскости с последующим равномерным перераспределением спутников всей орбитальной группировки по аргументу широты, во вторую очередь, за счет размещения спутников ГЛОНАСС в дополнительных орбитальных плоскостях, располагаемых между существующими плоскостями. Предложенные варианты расширения системы ГЛОНАСС со штатными круговыми орбитами не уступают по наблюдаемости варианту дополнения системы ГЛОНАСС ВКК, но, в отличие от него, обеспечивают высокую наблюдаемость в глобальном масштабе, а не только на территории Российской Федерации. Одним из перспективных направлений развития и совершенствования отечественной глобальной навигационной системы ГЛОНАСС является дополнение ее орбитальной структуры космическими аппаратами (КА) высокоорбитального космического комплекса (ВКК), размещаемыми на эллиптических орбитах типа QZSS. Согласно [1, 2] предполагается использовать шесть КА ВКК в трех орбитальных плоскостях -по два КА в каждой. Введение. Интенсивное применение спутниковых каналов связи, включающих геостационарные спутники-ретрансляторы, привело к быстрому заполнению геостационарной орбиты космическими аппара-тами. Для обеспечения устойчивой спутниковой связи и предотвраще-ния столкновений активные геостационарные спутники удерживаются внутри выделенной долготной и широтной областей [1]. Целью данно-го исследования является выработка рекомендаций по управлению движением геостационарных спутников на основе разработанной стратегии для рационального и с минимальным количеством вклю-чений обеспечения удержания геостационарного спутника по накло-нению в выделенной орбитальной позиции.При рассмотрении движения геостационарного спутника чаще всего анализируются кеплеровы элементы орбиты: большая полуось a, эксцентриситет e, наклонение i, прямое восхождение восходящего узла орбиты Ω, аргумент перигея ω, истинная аномалия . Для предотвращения выхода спутника из долготного диапазона корректи-руются большая полуось орбиты (период обращения) и эксцентриситет. Для удержания в заданных пределах по широте осуществляется управле-ние наклонением орбиты [2, 3]. При этом возможны разные стратегии коррекции наклонения в зависимости от размеров зоны удержания спут-ника и тяги двигателей коррекции, что обусловливает необходимость решения вопроса об учете при коррекциях долгопериодических колеба-ний наклонения. На основе оценки возмущений наклонения орбиты гео-стационарного спутника, вызванных влиянием гравитационных потенци-алов Солнца и Луны на длительных интервалах времени, разработана стратегия выполнения коррекций для их компенсации. Метод, допущения и ограничения. Возмущающие функции гра-витационных потенциалов Солнца и Луны рассмотрены отдельно в системах Земля -спутник -Солнце и Земля -спутник -Луна, где Солнце и Луна представлены как материальные точки [4, 5]. Для анализа процесса влияния гравитационных потенциалов Солнца и Луны на элементы орбиты использован эвристический подход, за-ключающийся в том, что движение Солнца в инерциальной системе координат представлялось как дискретное движение с шагом, равным одним сидерическим суткам (сидерическому периоду обращения гео-стационарного спутника). Прямое восхождение Солнца при этом ме-нялось с дискретностью 1°, а склонение с дискретностью 0,1°-0,4° -в зависимости от времени года. Движение Луны в инерциальной си-стеме координат представлялось как сумма движений в плоскости эклиптики и в плоскости, перпендикулярной ей. Движение Луны рас-смотрено также с шагом одни сидерические сутки. Изменение накло-нения орбиты было проанализировано в инерциальной системе коор-динат (т. е. истинной текущей системе координат (ИТСК), зафикси-рованной относительно звезд на момент расчета параметров орбиты), ось X которой направлена в точку истинного весеннего равноденствия, ось Z -к Северному полюсу, ось Y дополняет систему координат до правой системы.
