The article analyzes the problem of choosing the priority significance of mobility in the value-semantic structure of consciousness among young people, which influences the formation of a global identity as a dominant one, while lowering the hierarchical status of self-identity as a reflexive axis of human integrity and other social identifications. The study sample consisted of 190 students of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. B.N. Yeltsin (Bishkek). Research tools: the author's questionnaire on the spiritual and moral values of young people, a method for diagnosing the level of reflexivity A.V. Karpov, the method of diagnosing the level of subjective control (USK) by J. Rotter, the method of D.A. Leontiev «Smarty life orientations», express questionnaire «Index of tolerance» G.U. Soldatova and others, a reflective questionnaire by T.P. Skripkina and questionnaire SF - 36 (quality of life). The results of the study demonstrate that mobility displaces traditional spiritual and moral values, which is identified as a global identity in the form of such subject-personal qualities as: trust, communication skills, tolerance for uncertainty.
