Results of research of one of modern ways of improvement of working conditions at the enterprises which is industrial clustering are submitted. Having analysed dynamics borrowed on works with harmful and dangerous working conditions to an aggregate number of workers, the conclusion about complication of working conditions and necessities to pay the increasing attention to increase of the safety precautions and a labour safety is made. The control system of working conditions at the enterprise which includes such elements as factors of the industrial environment, criteria of their quantitative estimation, a condition of working conditions, characteristics of activity of the enterprise, and also ways and methods of improvement of working conditions on manufacture is generated. As a result of theoretical researches industrial clustering the opportunity of decrease in a level of influence of adverse production factors is proved. The received statistical dependences confirm results of theoretical researches that formation industrial cluster promotes increase of safety of work and improves the industrial environment at the enterprise.
The mechanism of formation of rational structure of financing of process of innovative reproduction of the basic means of the enterprise is developed, allowing to define the most expedient ratio between own and extra sources of financing of process of innovative reproduction of means of work which provides realization of effective financial activity of the enterprise. For this purpose, it is offered to form two clusters financial assets of the enterprise, one of which includes own sources of financing of process of innovative reproduction of the basic means, and another — extra sources of financing. The hypothesis of existence of the most preferable ratio between the sizes of the first and the second clusters is put forward and proved. For confirmation of the put forward hypothesis the nonlinear economic-mathematical model of criterion of formation of rational structure of financing of process of innovative reproduction of the basic means of the enterprise is developed. As the important parameters nonlinear economic-mathematical model of criterion it is offered to take into account not only size of own and extra financial assets, but also their cost.
Subject. We consider a portfolio of financial resources as a complex money system generated from various sources of economic activity financing. It is used to fund business goals of the enterprise and includes financial resources with various cost characteristics, level of financial risk, term of use, and other key parameters. Objectives. The aim is to underpin the viability of cluster approach as a methodological tool for developing the theory of formation of efficient portfolio of financial resources through formulation of tenets and theoretical trajectories of movement for various clusters of financial resources. Methods. The study rests on the cluster approach to simulate the process of financial portfolio formation. We apply basic provisions of the systems theory and the theory of economic growth and development. Results. We performed clustering of financial resources by type of sources of finance, formed a structure of clustering matrix, and formulated criteria of positioning the financial portfolio of the enterprise. The paper determines trajectories of movement of typical clusters of financial resources and possible alternative financial strategies, resulting in changes in the key parameters. Conclusions. If implemented, the cluster approach enables to expand the theoretical base used by financial managers for building an efficient portfolio of financial resources, and to meet the requirements for cost, risk, and stability of the latter, during the entire period of formation.
The basic technical reserves and factors of growth of labour productivity which are offered for subdividing on external and internal, intensive and extensive are considered. Features of interaction between technical reserves and factors of growth of labour productivity are established such as updating, automation and mechanization of manual skills, modernization, replacement, expansion, major overhaul, increase of efficiency of use. The system of interaction of technical reserves and factors of growth of labour productivity which is recommended to be used for management of process of increase in a labour productivity level at the industrial enterprise is developed. The analytical parities describing interrelation between various elements of system of interaction of technical reserves and factors of growth of labour productivity are offered. It is established, that technical factors of growth of labour productivity can be realized only at presence of corresponding reserves of growth, which size, in turn, in many respects depends on an opportunity of maintenance of the steady tendency of growth of labour productivity.
