ВведениеСочетание физических, меха-нических и химических свойств алюминия определяет его широ-кое применение практически во всех областях техники, в первую очередь в виде его сплавов с други-ми металлами. В электротехнике алюминий успешно заменяет медь, особенно в производстве массив-ных проводников, например в воз-душных линиях, высоковольтных кабелях, шинах распределитель-ных устройств, трансформаторах.Сверхчистый алюминий и его сплавы используют в производстве электрических конденсаторов и выпрямителей, действие которых основано на способности оксидной пленки алюминия пропускать электрический ток только в одном направлении. Сверхчистый алю-миний, очищенный зонной плав-кой, применяют для синтеза полу-проводниковых соединений типа А III B V , широко используемых для производства полупроводнико-вых приборов. Чистый алюминий нашел свое применение в произ-водстве разного рода зеркальных отражателей. Алюминий высокой чистоты защищает металлические поверхности от действия атмос-ферной коррозии (плакирование, алюминиевая краска). Благодаря относительно низкому сечению поглощения нейтронов алюминий применяют как конструкционный материал в ядерных реакторах.Сплавы АК1 и АК1М2 на осно-ве особочистого алюминия марки A5N (99,999 % Al) используют в микроэлектронике в качестве ми-шеней при напылении токопрово-дящих дорожек в интегральных микросхемах [1]. Повышение кор-розионной стойкости указанных сплавов путем легирования явля-ется важной задачей современного материаловедения: чем выше кор-розионная стойкость сплавов, тем дальше и надежнее будут работать изделия электронной техники, из-готовленные из них. В данном на-правлении особое место отводится правильному подбору легирую-щего компонента к этим сплавам. Известно, что редкоземельные металлы (РЗМ) в малых количе-ствах повышают коррозионную стойкость алюминия [2].
