Рассматриваются вопросы разработки методики организации сбора данных дистанционного мониторинга и определения физико-химических характеристик водных систем на основе данных СВЧ-радиометрии и спектроэллипсометрии. Предлагаемая в данной работе методика сочетает наличие алгоритмического и программного обеспечения, позволяющего решать задачи измерения и обнаружения в реальном масштабе времени. Рассматриваются вопросы восстановления фрагментов базы данных по отрывочным и эпизодическим измерениям. Дается общая характеристика дистанционных радиофизических методов и оптических методов. Предлагаемый Адаптивный Спектроэллипсометрический Идентификатор обладает возможностью с комплексным математическим подходом к оценке качества водного объекта, подвергшегося антропогенному воздействию. Основная цель работы является разработка нового эффективного подхода к мониторингу качества воды в озере Севан. Три новых оптических системы принятия решений (ОСПР) были синтезированы как элементы системы мониторинга. Первый ОСПР основан на 8-канальном универсальном спектрофотометре. Второй ОСПР включает 35-канальный спектрофотометр для диагностики отбора проб воды. Третья ОСПР использует 128-канальный спектроэллипсометр. Все версии ОСПР снабжены специальным программным обеспечением, которое реализует алгоритмы и модели для решения оптических обратных задач и принятия решений о качестве воды. Распознавание спектральных изображений, полученных с помощью ОСПР, позволяет обнаруживать нежелательное изменение качества воды и принимать решение о выборе стратегии для преодоления этого изменения. «Исследование выполнено при финансовой поддержке РФФИ в рамках научного проекта № 19-07-00443 а»
Рассмотрена задача идентификации жидких растворов на основе данных измерений оптических характеристик с помощью многоканального спектроэллипсометра. Предложены и проанализированы четыре алгоритма решения этой задачи. Приведены сравнительные эмпирические оценки точности этих алгоритмов и указана зависимость показателя уровня достоверности идентификации от концентрации раствора. На примерах диагности водных систем на территории Южного Вьетнама показана эффективность предложенных алгоритмов. Работа выполнена по госзаданию № 0030-2019-0008 «Космос».
Рассмотрены методы, алгоритмы и технологии принятия решения о качестве и характеристиках объектов окружающей среды на основе данных мониторинга. Отмечены особенности оптических средств мониторинга, позволяющих формировать спектральные образы гидрохимических объектов окружающей среды. Показано, что систематическое обеспечение систем дистанционного зондирования земных покровов данными о характере экранирующего эффекта растительного покрова в фиксированный момент времени и в конкретной географической точке наряду с экспериментальными исследованиями требует развития технологии, которая позволяла бы по фрагментарной в пространстве и эпизодической во времени информации восстанавливать полную пространственную и динамическую зависимость этого эффекта от параметров окружающей среды.
Для принятия статистических реш ений в задачах многоканального мониторинга окружающей среды предлагается использовать классическую и последовательную процедуры. Исследуются возможности применения адаптивных алгоритмов принятия статистических решений в гидрофизическом эксперименте для выборок малого объема и при информационных ограничениях. При последовательной процедуре решение принимается на каждом шаге поступления данных измерений. Проведен анализ возможностей системы мониторинга и рассмотрены оценки реализуемости многоканальной процедуры. «Данная работа выполнена при финансовой поддержке РФФИ в рамках научного проекта № 19-07-00443_ а».
