Тернопільський національний економічний університет Науково-практичні проблеми відображення земельних ресурсів у системі бухгалтерського обліку Імплементація ринку землі в Україні актуалізує проблематику обліку земельних ресурсів з позицій генерування точної й достовірної інформації про кількісні, якісні та вартісні показники земельних ресурсів. Таким чином, виникає потреба у дослідженні та вдосконаленні методології бухгалтерського обліку земельних ресурсів. Стаття ідентифікує дискусійні аспекти бухгалтерського обліку земельних ресурсів сільськогосподарського призначення. Досліджено сучасний стан і проблематику синтетичного й аналітичного обліку землі, розглянуто варіативність відображення земельних відносин у системі бухгалтерського обліку. Відсутність єдиної стандартизованої методики бухгалтерського обліку земель та розроблених рекомендацій із відображення земельних ресурсів у звітності сільськогосподарських підприємств зумовлює організаційну та методичну проблематику бухгалтерського обліку операцій із земельними ресурсами. У результаті дослідження встановлено, що фінансовий стан сільськогосподарського підприємства значним чином залежить від достовірності й точності оцінки та обліку земельних ділянок. Однак, чинна система обліку земельних ресурсів сільськогосподарського призначення в Україні не дозволяє відобразити повний спектр характеристик земельних ділянок для зовнішніх і внутрішніх користувачів. Доведено, що для посилення диференціації та аналітичності інформації, до синтетичних рахунків, призначених для обліку земель, доцільно відкривати додаткові субрахунки другого та третього порядку.
