The article discusses the relevance of the use of automated medical technologies for employees of oil companies in remote regions of theRussian Federation. The theoretical base is studied and types of application of telemedicine technologies are considered. The statistics of the use of available technologies in the Northern regions, in particular, in the Khanty-Mansiysk district, is analyzed. It was determined the growth of popularity, as well as the need for the use of these technologies, due to the increase in population and harsh climatic conditions. The absence of application of telemedicine technologies in oil companies was revealed. The relevance of technology application was considered in more detail on the example of employees of PJSC Gazprom. The ratio of the working and administrative staff is analyzed, and it is revealed that 48.7% of the working staff work in shifts in the Northern regions of Russia, remote from settlements and do not have specialized medical centers in their territories, providing a full examination and quality treatment. Thus was proved the relevance of the use of telemedicine technologies, which are able to provide quality and timely medical aid workers to solve the problem of deficiencies of qualified doctors in remote villages, to reduce the cost of medical services, increase the investment attractiveness and improvement of the company image in the society.
In modern conditions of high uncertainty of the external environment, companies face the task of having to develop different behavioral strategies for different market segments. The efficiency of the company's performance in these conditions is largely determined by its effective interaction with stakeholders. In this connection, the tools for identifying the stakeholders play a major role in implementing projects. The organization of the company must be taken into account while developing a strategy and selecting ways of interacting with the stakeholders. Modern companies are becoming more project-oriented, so the problem of managing a project portfolio gains importance; a portfolio should ensure that the goals of the company are achieved throughout the implementation of the strategy in the selected strategic business areas. This paper proposes an approach to coordinating stakeholder interests while managing the company's portfolio. It is demonstrated that in the modern conditions, the successful implementation of projects is largely determined by the effective interaction with the stakeholders of the company. Using strategic business areas is offered as an economic tool for identifying and classifying stakeholders. The concept of strategic business areas (SBAs) has been clarified in the paper. The projects adopted by the companies while implemented the selected strategies can serve as a tool for coordinating the interests of stakeholders in each of the SBAs. Including social investment projects into the portfolio as substantiated by the authors as one of the tools for coordinating stakeholders' interests within the SBA.
Social investment is an important aspect of companies in Russia at the present stage. This leads to the task of evaluating the effectiveness of social investment strategies and the economic feasibility of implementing social investment projects. It also actualizes the problem of the advisability of disclosing information about the company’s activities to external stakeholders. The problem of social investment is becoming especially urgent in conditions of insufficient rates of economic growth and deterioration of the financial condition of many companies. The inconsistency of theoretical approaches and the results of practical research do not give an unambiguous answer to this question.The article considers the resource approach and the approach based on the theory of stakeholders. According to the theory of stakeholders, non-financial reports consider the source of reducing information asymmetry and harmonizing the interests of stakeholders. The dynamics of non-financial reporting by Russian companies is analyzed based on the data of the Register and the Library of non-financial reports of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Russia. The analyzes were carried out in a temporary and industry breakdown. The features of the formation of types of non-financial reporting by industry are revealed. The factors determining the interest in reducing information asymmetry taking into account industry specifics are identified. Data can be used to form a feedback relationship with stakeholders.
