Проведено исследование влияния частичной графитизации на электрические и гальваномагнитные свойства биоморфных углеродов BE-C(Fe), полученных карбонизацией древесины бука при температурах 850-1600oC в присутствии железосодержащего катализатора. Использование Fe-катализатора при Tcarb≥1000oC приводит к формированию наноразмерных включений графитовой фазы, при этом ее суммарный объем и размер нанокристаллитов растут с увеличением Tcarb. Получены данные по концентрации и подвижности носителей заряда. Показано, что по типу проводимости и особенностям магнетосопротивления частично графитизированные углероды BE-C(Fe) c Tcarb≥1000oC относятся к сильно разупорядоченным металлическим системам, проводимость которых может быть описана с учетом вклада квантовых поправок, главным образом поправки, обусловленной электрон-электронным взаимодействием. Показано, что для образцов BE-C(Fe) c 1000≤ Tcarb<1600oC характерны немонотонные зависимости постоянной Холла R от величины магнитного поля, что наиболее вероятно обусловлено вкладом разных групп носителей заряда: электронов и дырок. В образцах BE-C(Fe) c Tсarb=1600oC коэффициент Холла соответствует металлическому состоянию, что связывается с гомогенизацией проводящей среды в результате формирования значительного объема графитовой фазы.
