Основними джерелами енергії для птиці є зернові корми, які не завжди задовольняють потребу птиці в достатній кількості обмінної енергії та протеїну. Тому новим напрямом у годівлі птиці стало використання білково-жирового концентрату, до складу якого входить 40 % жиру, 32 % протеїну та 4,2 % сирої клітковини. Тому мета наших досліджень була направлена на вивчення ефективності та встановлення оптимальної кількості введення БЖК у комбікорми курей-несучок. Для встановлення ефективності використання БЖК було проведено науковий дослід в умовах приватної виробничої фірми “Агроцентр”. Доведено, що при використанні білково-жирового концентрату в кількості 2 %, 3 % та 4 % замість аналогічної кількості соєвої макухи та соєвої олії, продуктивність птиці підвищилася до 10,1 %, а маса яєць збільшилася на 5,9 %. Дослідження, спрямовані на вивчення впливу кормової добавки на основі пальмового жиру привели і до підвищення енергетичної цінності яєць. Кури-несучки IV дослідної групи, яким до раціону вводили БЖК у кількості 4 %, енергетична цінність яєць була вище на 6,4 % порівняно з аналогами контрольної групи. Результати проведених наукових досліджень показали, що вміст вітамінів та загальних ліпідів у жовтку яєць дослідних груп були вищими та не виходили за межі фізіологічної норми. Вміст загальних ліпідів у жовтку яєць курей-несучок дослідних груп підвищився на 5,80-11,22 %, вміст етерифікованого холестеролу на 4,42-6,28 %.
У статті на підставі проведених наукових досліджень розглянуто важливе проблемне питання щодо використання пробіотичних препаратів у годівлі птиці. Тим більше, що на сьогодні особливий попит у світі на продукцію птахівництва постійно зростає, і це пояснюється її повноцінним складом, багатим на легкоперетравні білки, ліпіди та поліненасичені жирні кислоти. До того ж, протеїну в м’ясі птиці приблизно така ж кількість, як у свинині та баранині, проте вміст незамінних амінокислот вищий, ніж у м’ясі інших тварин. На сьогоднішній день численні наукові дослідження доводять ефективність застосування пробіотичних препаратів у годівлі бройлерів. Нами встановлено, що введення пробіотиків у раціони курчат– бройлерів позитивно вплинуло на інтенсивність росту, процеси травлення та обмінні процеси в організмі, продуктивність, збереженість поголів’я, а також конверсію корму. Однак не всі добавки, що представлені на вітчизняному ринку, задовольняють запити виробників птахівничої продукції. Тому мета наших досліджень була направлена на вивчення ефективності використання пробіотичної кормової добавки у різні періоди вирощування курчат–бройлерів. Дослідженнями встановлено, що за весь період (42 доби) вирощування жива маса курчат у дослідних групах перевищувала контрольний показник на 5,9–13,0 %, збереженість поголів’я коливалася у межах 95–100 %. Використання у годівлі курчат–бройлерів дослідних груп комбікормів збагачених пробіотичною кормовою добавкою сприяло кращому засвоєнню основних поживних речовин корму. Доведено, що бройлери дослідних груп краще перетравлювали сирий протеїн, сирий жир та сиру клітковину корму, що вказує на ефективну дію пробіотику в загальному обміні речовин. Результати проведених наукових досліджень показали, що економічна ефективність від застосування 3 % пробіотичної кормової добавки “Трилакто-Кор” з 1-ї по 14-у добу вирощування курчат склала 16,1 %, з 1-ї по 28-у добу – 22,4 %, за використання добавки протягом усього періоду вирощування бройлерів – 27,4 % та при періодичному введенні в основний раціон по 7 діб у стратовий, ростовий та фінішний періоди – 30,5 %. Таким чином, пробіотичні препарати у вигляді кормових добавок набувають все більшого застосування при вирощуванні бройлерів як з лікувальною, так і профілактичною метою. Ринок препаратів цієї групи активно розвивається і наповнюється щораз новими зразками вітчизняного та іноземного виробництва.
