В условиях хронических экономических кризисов коммерческие банки вынуждены активизировать поиск в привлечении потенциальных клиентов. Перед банками также стоит не менее важная задача – провести объективно достоверную оценку кредитоспособности заемщика, особенно тех, которые еще не имеют своих кредитных историй. Все это требует разработки точных инструментов диагностирования благонадежности кредитозаемщиков, дающих возможность отслеживания динамики финансовых показателей их деятельности, а также делать прогнозирование на весь возможный период кредитования еще до выдачи запрашиваемых средств. Анализ специальной литературы показывает, что необходимо разработать и внедрить предрейтинговый анализ в методику анализа кредитоспособности заемщика, совершенствовать оценку финансового положения заемщика и др., что требует формирования новых моделей, позволяющих производить идентифицирование эффектов нестабильного финансового положения клиентов. Справедливости ради, надо отметить, что в своей практике многие банки используют методику рейтинговой оценки. Но эта методика не совершенна, ибо не позволяет учитывать возможные риски ухудшения финансового положения заемщика, что нередко приводит к ошибочным расчетам размеров кредитного риска и др. Все это обусловило необходимость исследования, направленного на совершенствование подходов к оценке и диагностированию финансового положения заемщика.
