This article presents the results of treatment of patients with defects of the lower jaw. The possibilities and effectiveness of biologically inert materials – carbon composite «uglekon-m» (project carbulat) and titanium alloys on the stages of the complex treatment of patients with defects of the lower jaw.
A new implant system for replacing a defect of the lower jaw and plastic temporomandibular joint. When evaluating the characteristics of the basic implant system studied bond strength titanium element having carbon composite material. It was determined that the maximum strength of the titanium compound and the carbon component is observed at a sintering temperature of 1200°c. The study of the morphology of the transition layer shows that there is a tight abutment titanium particles to the carbon composite material, between the bundles no trace organizations.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
