Черкаси АНАЛІЗ ХАРАКТЕРУ ЗНОШУВАННЯ І ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ОСНОВНИХ КРИТЕРІЇВ ПРАЦЕЗДАТНОСТІ СКРЕБКІВ БЕТОНОЗМІШУВАЧІВ Мета роботи. Дослідити механізм руйнування поверхні робочих скребків бетонозмішувачів, виявити критерії для оцінки їх стану і запропонувати найбільш доцільний спосіб підвищення їх працездатності. Методи дослідження. Багатокритеріальний підхід [4], який, крім властивостей матеріалу деталі, що зношується, містить аналіз зовнішнього абразивного середовища, експлуатаційних і економічних параметрів зношування. Отримані результати. Зношування скребків проходить в абразивній масі, найбільше зношування спричиняють частинки піску, гравію та граніту. Встановлено характер впливу властивостей щебеню на зносостійкість робочих органів бетонозмішувача. Фактор опору К (кПа) не є постійною величиною впродовж експлуатації. Необхідно враховувати залежності коефіцієнту опору від швидкості обертання ротору та від водо-цементного фактору при натурних іспитах і порівнянні зносостійкості випробуваних матеріалів в різних сумішах і робочих режимах. Наукова новизна. Враховуючи склад бетонної суміші, геометричні характеристики її складових, кут атаки і відношення На/Нм, необхідно відзначити переважне пряме руйнування мікрорізанням внаслідок багатоциклового полідеформаційного зношування. Практичне значення. На виробництві, враховуючи подальше відновлення, необхідно слідкувати за лінійним зносом. Розміщення робочих органів бетонозмішувачів під кутом до потоку абразивної маси, дає змогу використати ефект тіньових зон для збільшення строку служби.
