We report experimental results for the spectral dependences of the optical absorption edge in (As 2 S 3 ) 100-x (SbSI) x (0 ≤ x ≤ 90) glasses. Our studies have shown that increasing of antimony sulfoiodide (SbSI) content in the glass composition and the temperature increase lead to shift in the absorption edge towards long-wavelength range. The optical absorption edge
Abstract. Studies of polycrystalline TlIn(S 1-x Se x ) 2 samples under hydrostatic pressure were performed. Determined in this work were pressure coefficients near temperatures of ε(T) anomalies. Based on studying the temperature dependences of dielectric permittivity values for various hydrostatic pressures, (р, Т) phase diagram was built. Phase transformations are found in the pressure range of p > 550 MPa.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
