Індивідуальні особливості діяльності нервової системи обумовлюють різний рівень обміну речо-вин в організмі, стійкість до впливу стресових факторів та швидкість пристосування до мінливих умов навколишнього середовища. Мета статті – з’ясувати вплив кортико-вегетативних механізмів регуляції на показники обміну вуглеводів у крові холостих свиноматок. Типи вищої нервової діяльнос-ті в холостих свиноматок великої білої породи 3-річного віку визначали за допомогою методики умо-вних харчових рефлексів, тонус автономної нервової системи досліджували тригеміновагальним те-стом. У плазмі крові свиноматок визначали вміст лактату та пірувату, для оцінки взаємозв’язку та впливу кортико-вегетативних механізмів регуляції проводили кореляційний та дисперсійний аналізи отриманих даних. Результати досліджень показали, що існує взаємозв’язок між показниками умов-но-рефлекторної діяльності, типом автономної регуляції серцевого ритму у свиноматок та вмістом лактату у плазмі крові. Виявлені вірогідні відмінності за вмістом лактату у плазмі крові між сви-номатками з різними типами автономної регуляції серцевого ритму. За даними дисперсійного аналі-зу, ваготонія чинить вірогідний вплив на вміст лактату у плазмі крові – η2х=0,34 (р<0,05). Окрім то-го, встановлено тісні взаємозв’язки між вмістом лактату у плазмі крові і ваготонією (r=0,91; p<0,01) та симпатикотонією (r=-0,64; p<0,01). Залежно від типологічних особливостей вищої нер-вової діяльності встановлено, що у свиноматок сильного врівноваженого рухливого типу вміст лак-тату у плазмі крові нижчий (на 15,06–15,96 %; р<0,05) порівняно зі свиноматками сильного врівно-важеного інертного та слабкого типів. З’ясовано, що рухливість процесів збудження і гальмування в корі великого мозку взаємопов’язана із вмістом лактату у плазмі крові (r=-0,46; р<0,05) та чинить на нього вірогідний вплив (η2х=0,36; р<0,01). Натомість, кортико-вегетативні механізми регуляції не мають вірогідного впливу на вміст пірувату у плазмі крові та співвідношення лактат/піруват. От-же, отримано нові наукові дані щодо впливу кортико-вегетативних механізмів регуляції на окремі показники обміну вуглеводів у крові холостих свиноматок великої білої породи.
