Предмет исследования: фундаменты, обладающие свойствами активного регулирования взаимодействия с основанием, для жилых домов повышенной этажности в г. Тюмени. Цели: оценка опыта использования опрессовки грунтового основания комбинированных фундаментов, внедрения ленточно-оболочечных фундаментов при строительстве зданий повышенной этажности (до 25 этажей или до 75 м) в условиях сильносжимаемых грунтовых оснований. Материалы и методы: данные геотехнического мониторинга технического состояния жилых домов повышенной этажности в процессе их возведения и эксплуатации. Результаты: результаты мониторинга 17-этажного жилого дома и трех 22-этажных жилых домов подтверждают высокую эффективность ленточно-оболочечных фундаментов, которая заключается в снижении осадки по отношению к плитным фундаментам, а также уменьшении стоимости и сроков строительства. Внедрение комбинированных ленточных свайных фундаментов с возможностью регулирования напряженно-деформированного состояния основания путем его опрессовки подтвердило эффективность применения разработанных решений, заключающихся в обеспечении эксплуатационной надежности объектов строительства, а также снижении материалоемкости и стоимости по отношению к традиционным плитно-свайным фундаментам. Выводы: учитывая полученные результаты и общее активное развитие геотехники и геотехнических технологий, внедрение в практику фундаментов, обладающих свойством активного регулирования их взаимодействия с грунтовым основанием, позволяет значительно сократить затраты на возведение для зданий и сооружений повышенной этажности, особенно в условиях сильносжимаемых грунтов.
