В статье рассмотрена проблема экстрагенитального эндометриоза. Приведено описание редкого случая эндометриоза почки у ребенка 13 лет. Обсуждены вопросы диагностики и лечебной тактики при данной патологии.
В статье обобщен опыт применения консервативной тактики при закрытых повреждениях паренхиматозных органов брюшной полости у детей. За период 2004–2011 гг. в нашей клинике находилось на лечении 53 пациента с закрытыми повреждениями селезенки и печени. Возраст больных составлял от 2,5 до 17 лет. Повреждения селезенки выявлены у 38 пациентов (71,7 %), повреждения печени — у 12 больных (22,6 %), сочетанная травма селезенки и печени имела место в 3 случаях (5,7 %). Попытка применения консервативной тактики была предпринята у 50 пациентов (94,3 %), она оказалась успешной в 47 случаях (94,0 %). Сонографическое исследование позволяет выявить и достаточно точно определить характер повреждения органа, а УЗМ дает возможность прогнозировать риск внутрибрюшного кровотечения и оценить эволюцию изначально выявленных повреждений в динамике.
В статье приводится опыт лечения 206 пациентов с поствакцинальными БЦЖ-поражениями лимфатических узлов (202 наблюдения — 98,1 %) и с поствакцинальными туберкулезными оститами (4 больных — 1,9 %) в возрасте от 1 месяца до 3 лет, оперированных в период с 2009 по 2011 год. Мальчиков было 127 (61,7 %), девочек — 79 (38,3 %).В статье также поднимаются вопросы выбора хирургической тактики при лечении осложнений БЦЖ-вакцинации у детей. УЗИ с допплерографией позволяет определить характер изменений в лимфатических узлах (от начальной инфильтрации до тотального гнойного расплавления) для выбора рациональной лечебной тактики.
