В исследовании приняли участие две команды по эстетической гимнастике, различающиеся по успешности. Каждая команда включала десять спортсменок высокой квалификации. Исследовалось включение психологических ресурсов поддержания психической устойчивости на трех этапах соревновательного сезона. Показаны перестройки в вовлечении ресурсов поддержания психической устойчивости от этапа к этапу соревновательного сезона. Установлено, что более результативная команда отличается от менее успешной экономичностью и адекватностью включения психологических ресурсов поддержания психической устойчивости задачам соревновательной деятельности. В менее успешной команде прослеживается избыточность вовлечения психологических ресурсов поддержания психической устойчивости в сочетании с тенденцией к минимизации функций.
