Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням розвитку event-індстрії, основним проблем галузі, включаючи особливості функціонування під час та після карантинних обмежень у зв'язку з поширенням COVID-19. Встановлено, що український івент-бізнес, який почав активно розвиватися у нашій країні з 2005 р., зазнав суттєвих трансформацій, як кількісних, так і якісних. 2020 рік став серйозним випробуванням для подієвої індустрії. Заборони, локдаун і невизначена ситуація в усьому світі знизили кількість офлайн заходів до рекордного мінімуму, як наслідок, чимала кількість компаній зазнала значних фінансових збитків. В умовах карантинних обмежень ми спостерігаємо стрімке падіння офлайн заходів. Ці тенденції обумовили виникнення нових віртуальних рішень і як наслідок – нових можливостей на event-ринку. На фоні різкого скорочення обсягів ринку ми спостерігаємо технологічні інновації, тенденції розвитку яких дозволяють говорити про те, що онлайн-заходи зайняли свою нішу масових комунікацій і матимуть своє продовження після пандемії.
In a time of the digital economy and society formation, the issue of reviewing the forms and methods of teaching in higher educational institutions has become relevant, since the traditional methods are not able to ensure the acquisition of the competencies, necessary for working under the new management conditions. The most immediate problems have been determined and the number of areas for transforming teaching approaches have been offered.These approaches are capable of giving an impetus to the development of national education integrated with the world educational space. Modern society develops under the influence of scientific and technological progress. New relationships in economy, production, education, personal life, new financial instruments and new threats arise. Relevant issues are identifying problems and prospects of development of information and communication technologies (ICT) during the formation of the digital economy and society. The purpose of the article is to systematize the major problems that arise in the development of ICT during the formation of the digital economy and to identify possible consequences of this process. It is proved that introduction of the newest ICT and digital services leads to significant changes in the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the life of the society and are of an institutional nature. Singled out a number of problems during the development of ICT in the digital society, including: digital divide; lack of funds for innovative upgrades; inconsistency of modern education and public administration with the requirements of a new society; shortage of skilled personnel; contradictions between traditional and up-to-date management practices and corruption; activation of cybercrime; the need to create a list of social digital services; international migration of highly skilled personnel. Positive signs in ICT: the continuation of old social and labor activity of citizens; change the semantic content of work towards its intellectualization with the possibility of additional income; increase of ecological economy; creation of new remote jobs; new opportunities for education, tourism, medicine, etc. Systematized negative consequences, namely the growth of cybercrime increasing psychological problems of personality, dependent on ICT networks and energy efficiency, the lack of security of personal space, the need for rapid response to innovative replacement. The proposed measures are aimed at transforming Ukraine into a center of information and communications and digital services for Eastern Europe that can lead to economic breakthrough and overcoming the existing socio-economic crisis. In further studies are planned to develop a model depending on the pace of digitalization processes of society on the pace of economic development.
ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНЕ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ МАЛИХ ТА СЕРЕДНІХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ Анотація. В статті здійснено аналіз розвитку малих та середніх підприємств в країні та виокремлено основні проблеми, притаманні інноваційній діяльності цих підприємств. Особливої уваги приділено проблемі інвестиційного забезпечення, для вирішення якої запропоновано удаватися до краундфайдингу. Наведено процес прийняття рішення щодо форм фінансування інноваційного проекту та першорядні заходи просування краундфайдингу як механізму інвестиційного забезпечення інноваційної діяльності малих та середніх підприємств.Ключові слова: інвестиції, інновації, краундфайдинг, малі та середні підприємства. Abstract. In article the analysis of development of the small and average enterprises in the country is carried out. The basic problems inherent in innovative activity of these enterprises are allocated. It is defined that the basic problem of development of innovative activity is absence of own means and necessity of a finding of investments. Use crowdfunding as one of possible mechanisms of investment maintenance of innovative activity is offered. Are analyses conducting crowdfunding platforms and the reasons of preference of the reference of domestic businessmen to foreign investors are proved. The approach to decision-making concerning forms of financing of the innovative project is offered. Paramount measures on advancement crowdfunding as mechanism of investment maintenance of innovative activity of the small and average enterprises are formulated. Among the basic directions are allocated: Development of the credit market and leasing relations, creation of mechanisms of the simplified access of the small and average enterprises to the world financial markets and crowdfunding to platforms, state participation in financings of innovative activity of small and average business.
As more of the world becomes digital, broadband access becomes more important than ever, including in rural and remote areas. National programmes to develop the information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and reduce the digital divide are recognized as essential to the achievement of national socioeconomic development plans. However, for telecom operators, laying fibre-optic cables in sparsely populated regions is not always economically viable, and the existing telephone network in many regions is not adapted to provide broadband access to the Internet. The economic cost and resources used to deploy the ICT infrastructure could be optimized through co-deployment, which is defined as the concomitant deployment of ducts and/or fibre-optic cables during the construction of infrastructure such as new roads, highways, railways, power transmission lines and oil/gas pipelines. At the same time, the issues of assessing the economic efficiency of the co-deployment of telecommunications with other infrastructure services within the framework of one project remain insufficiently resolved. The aim of the work is formation of a method of an estimation of efficiency co-deployment with road transport and energy infrastructure. The article is comprised of the following components: overview of methodology for determining the compatibility potential of ICT infrastructure co-deployment with road transport and energy infrastructure; a parametric model of ICT infrastructure co-deployment with road transport and energy infrastructure; methodology for assessing the economic efficiency of ICT infrastructure co-deployment with road transport and energy infrastructure. The subject of the research is the process of ICT infrastructure co- deployment with road transport and energy infrastructure. The scientific novelty of the work consists in the development of methodology that is based on the principle of comparing an indicator of the speed of a specific increment in value for cases of co-deployment and separate deployment of the corresponding infrastructures.
