The article describes the current state and current issues of education in Ukraine. The relationship between the tasks of reforming general secondary education and the goal of preschool education in the context of continuity between the links of preschool and primary education has been established. The elaboration of the problem of education and the value orientations by both foreign and domestic researchers is analyzed. The importance of education of social values is revealed. The peculiarities of partial programs, their difference from complex ones are clarified. Partial programs for the education of social values in preschool institutions are described: «Aflatot», «The boundless world of playing with LEGO», «Learning to live together» and programs for the formation of computer literacy in preschool children («Computer literacy for children», «Media World for Preschoolers», «Fairy Tales and Paints»). The requirements for the education of social values of preschool children have been updated and the ways to implement the above programs have been presented. Each program identifies the purpose, key elements, principles and results of implementation. The connection between the principles of personality-oriented learning and the tasks of partial programs «Aflatot», «Boundless world of playing with LEGO», «Learning to live together», «Computer literacy for kids», «Media education for preschoolers», «Fairy tales and paints» is revealed. The article presents the practical aspect of using the programs: forms of work, topics of classes, description of materials and clarity for classes, etc.
Метою статті є презентація результатів дослідження щодо перевірки ефективності моделі системи виховання соціальних цінностей у майбутніх педагогів дошкільної освіти. У статті використано такі методи дослідження, як аналіз, синтез, пояснення, узагальнення, педагогічний експеримент. Наведено результати первинного та вторинного вимірювання критеріїв і показників вихованості соціальних цінностей у майбутніх педагогів дошкільної освіти. Практичне значення полягає в підтвердженні ефективності моделі системи. Зроблено висновок про ефективність розробленої моделі системи. Перспектива подальших наукових розвідок полягає у визначені ефективності запропонованої моделі для виховання соціальних цінностей у дошкільників.
The article considers the issue of practical training of students as an important condition for the formation of professional qualities of a specialist. It is emphasized that the process of training in a pedagogical institution of higher education should focus on the acquisition of theoretical knowledge, development of the teacher, his professional and personal qualities, and practice – on a combination of theory and practical skills. It is established that the practical training of students orients them to the knowledge of pedagogical phenomena, facts, patterns and principles of teaching and education, allows students to assess the degree of their own readiness to carry out independent pedagogical activities. It is investigated that the issues of practical training in higher education are covered by modern scientists in various aspects. It is generalized that the practice – method of research of the educational process by trainees, which aims to develop skills and abilities that are necessary in future professional activities, as well as to consolidate theoretical knowledge and learn to apply them in working with children. The responsibilities of teachers-supervisors and students during the internship are formulated. It is concluded that practical training is really an important condition for the formation of professional qualities of the specialist, so during the internship, students, performing the functional duties of a teacher, gain their own pedagogical experience. The main professional qualities are defined: professional thinking, professional orientation, communicative qualities, organizational qualities, critical view of one's knowledge, interest in children's destiny, ability to anticipate and predict, etc.
