За результатами проведених розрахунків капітальних вкладень, їхнього терміну окупності та податкових надходжень до бюджету доведено, що організація сучасного дощувального зрошення земель є прибутковим та економічно ефективним способом механізованого поливу, дозволяє більш раціонально використовувати водні і земельні ресурси у сільському господарстві.
The article presents the results of the analysis of the need to establish and operate the Center for the production of basic and certified seeds of new varieties of basic cereals in conditions of natural and artificial moisture on the basis of the Training-Scientific-Practical Center of MNAU. The implementation of the project will promote the development of domestic seed production, providing agricultural producers with high-quality sowing material of new varieties, as well as improving the quality of education during the training of specialists in agronomy. The article substantiates the expediency of irrigation development in the South of Ukraine as an important condition for the formation of a favorable innovation and investment environment in the region. It is proved that the development of irrigation in Mykolaiv region requires a systematic approach with mandatory scientific support on the terms of public-private partnership. The economic and budgetary efficiency of the project for the creation of an innovative landfill for sprinkler farming using Smart-technologies has been determined. It is proved that the implementation of the project for 2021-2023 will increase revenues to the state budget and get budget efficiency at 22%.
