Основною зерновою продовольчою культурою України є пшениця озима (Triticum aestivum L.), яку щорічно висівають на площі близько 6,0–6,5 млн га. Дієвим агротехнічним заходом підвищення врожайності культури може бути широке застосування мікродобрив. Метою досліджень було з’ясувати вплив мікродобрив на продуктивність та показники якості зерна пшениці озимої у разі допосівної обробки насіння та позакореневого застосування. Під час проведення досліджень викори-стано такі наукові методи: аналіз, синтез, польовий, статистичний. За результатами досліджень в умовах Лівобережного Лісостепу України встановлено, що кількість продуктивних стебел на одиниці площі від обробки насіння мікродобривами порівняно з контролем зросла на 5,5–6,8 %, а від листкового підживлення – на 7,1–12,2 %. Довжина колоса на оброблених варіантах перебувала в межах від 6,8 до 7,4 см, що на 2,1–14,9 % більше, ніж на контролі. Кількість зерен з колоса варіюва-ла від 26,0 до 37,1 шт. або їх формувалося на 7,4–14,8 % більше, ніж на ділянках без застосування мікродобрив. Максимальну урожайність зерна пшениці (5,62–5,63 т/га) одержано за умови поєднання обробки насіння мікродобривами Вуксал Теріос У (1,4 л/т) або Вуксал Теріос М (1,5 л/т) з листковим підживленням препаратом Вуксал Мікроплант (1,0 л/га) у фази – кущіння, вихід у трубку, початок колосіння. Чітко вираженим є позитивний вплив мікродобрив Вуксал на якісні показники зерна пшениці озимої. Так, допосівна обробка насіння мікроелементами забезпечила підвищення маси 1000 зерен на 0,8–1,0 г або 2,0–2,5 %, а на ділянках, де проводили ще й позакореневе підживлення по-сівів пшениці в різні фази розвитку ваговитість зерна, зросла на 1,8–3,3 г або 4,4–8,1 %. Вміст клейковини в зерні пшениці на варіантах із застосуванням мікродобрив був вищим на 3,4–8,8 % (абсолютних) порівняно з контролем.
У технології вирощування сої обробіток є найбільш дієвим фактором регулювання інтенсивності мікробіологічних процесів, які відбуваються у ґрунті. На перебіг цих процесів значний вплив мають спосіб, глибина, строки як основного, так і передпосівного обробітку. Метою досліджень було з’ясувати вплив передпосівного обробітку ґрунту різними ґрунтообробними знаряддями та інокулювання насіння на умови росту і розвитку рослин, формування продуктивності посівів сої. У процесі дослідження використано такі наукові методи: аналіз, синтез, польовий, статистичний. Дослідження свідчать, що у разі передпосівної культивації КПС-4 та інокулювання насіння мікробіологічним препаратом Ризогумін урожайність зерна сої перевищувала контроль на 0,20 т/га або 9,3 %. За умови використання для передпосівного обробітку культиватора КУН-6,3 рівень урожайності зріс до 2,16 т/га або був вищим порівняно із попереднім варіантом на 0,08 т/га. Приріст урожайності зерна сої від бактеризації насіння становив 0,22 т/га або 10,2 %. Найнижчий рівень урожайності насіння сої – 2,48 т/га одержано у разі впровадження в технологію вирощування проведення передпосівного розпушування грунту агрегатом АК-6 та передпосівної бактеризації насіння штамом бульбочкових бактерій, які входять до мікробіологічного препарату Ризогумін. Приріст врожаю від інокулювання становив 0,24 т/га або10,7 %. Економічні розрахунки свідчать, що у разі проведення передпосівного обробітку ґрунту агрегатом АК-6 найвищим був умовний чистий прибуток, який становив 22949,1–26796,2 грн/га та рентабельність вирощування культури – 162,7–188,3 %. Отже, експериментальні дані свідчать, що найбільш ефективним є поєднання в технології вирощування культури сої таких елементів, як передпосівне розпушування ґрунту агрегатом АК-6 та бактеризація насіння мікробіологічним препаратом Ризогумін.
