Резюме Поддержка грудного вскармливания является важной задачей педиатрической службы. Высокая осведомленность женского населения о значимости грудного вскармливания в будущем способствует формированию у женщин доминанты лактации. Изучен уровень информированности в вопросах поддержки и восстановления грудного вскармливания (релактации) в мотивированной женской аудитории. Проанализирована готовность женщин к применению дополнительной системы кормления, имитирующей грудное вскармливание, с целью увеличения лактации и релактации. Исследование проведено по итогам анкетирования 100 девушек-студенток медицинского университета, 56 врачей-педиатров курса повышения квалификации, а также 56 родильниц на 2-5-е сутки после родов. Предварительно студенты на высоком научно-практическом уровне были информированы о недостатках искусственного питания и преимуществах грудного вскармливания, в том числе с позиций современных научных исследований компонентов грудного молока как живой ткани. Анкетированию врачей предшествовало практическое занятие и прослушивание лекции по вопросам поддержки грудного вскармливания и возможных способах релактации. Участие всех респондентов в исследовании было исключительно добровольным. В студенческой и врачебной медицинской среде выявлено превалирование факта информированности в формировании высокой приверженности грудному вскармливанию. В отличие от этого в группе родильниц с высоким уровнем доминанты лактации однократное информирование о релактации и применении дополнительной системы кормления Medela SNS не позволяло достичь желаемых показателей мотивации сохранения кормления грудью.
