The article presents a new view on Chinese modal verbs as a part of speech. Based on the typology of the Chinese language, the authors analyzed modal verbs according to their functional-syntactic, formal-morphological, and semantic features in order of importance. The article discusses the position of modal operators in the sentence and other characteristics. For instance, Chinese modal verbs have no impact on the object and cannot independently form sentences or combine with grammemes. Therefore, the authors believe that Chinese modal verbs (modal operators) belong to the lexical-grammatical group of adverbs as a special category of intentional adverbs. Their intentionality reflects the outward focus of linguistic consciousness, based on the internal reference point of the speaker. The group includes such meanings as "wish", "obligation", "opportunity", "permission", and "will". The research owes its theoretical significance to the fact that it contributes to a better understanding of the essence and nature of modal operators and modality meanings, identifying them as a separate group of adverbs. The obtained results are applicable in the field of theoretical grammar of the Chinese language and can be used in researches related to further analysis of parts of speech problem in the Chinese language.
The article focuses on the study of strategic importance as a qualitative category of discourse, characterizing the promotion of significant meaning in an axiologically parametrized media space. As part of the discursivization trajectory model, which was justified in line with a dynamic approach to the discourse study using the methods of inferential and interpretative analysis, the strategic nature of media discourse is set. It is organized by targeted, relevant important concept of "Innovation" as well as the ways of its implementation in axiological strategies. The type of discourse topic and intentionality of promoting significant meaning in the vector from the world of real to the world of proper and desired endow this discourse with a valorizing, constructive and prescriptive character. The projected axiological strategies and tactics contribute to rethinking and enriching the structure of the concept of "Innovation". In the prevailing strategy of negative valorization, in the tactics of devalorizing evaluation nomination of innovations as a realized phenomenon, axiological oppositions, metaphorization, disursivization is focused on the prototypical maximum of the concept of "Innovation" in contrasting "truly innovative – declared innovative" in the world of action. In the structure of the concept, based on a sustainable view of innovation as a means of modernization, actual new homeostatic nodes are being formed. They link development, progress and openness, inevitability of innovations and readiness to implement them.
The research features the ways of innovation discourse and is based on the concept of axiological parameterization of social media discourse. It contributes to the construction of social meanings on the basis of what is particularly significant and valuable in the interpretation process. It also defines the conceptual status of "innovation" as one of the axiologemes of modern discourse. The authors set the parameters of the strategic organization of innovation discourse based on the dynamic approach to the discourse analysis in the model of the trajectory of discursivisation and interpretative approach to the discourse description. The authors also reveal the prevalence of axiological strategies of conceptual status improving as a positive valorization realized in the tactics and techniques of valorizing positive nomination as well as tactics of axiological programming. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the fact that it contributes to the description of discursive construction of the value of "innovation". The results of the analysis are applicable in the field of social discourse theory, speech influence, argumentation theory and axiological strategies.

Настоящая статья посвящена изучению характеристик и способов реализации одной из ведущих стратегий передачи оценочных смыслов – стратегии интенсификации в переводе политических текстов с русского на китайский язык. Выявляются особенности воспроизведения оценочных смыслов лексики политического дискурса в переводе речей В.В. Путина на китайский язык. На основе полученных данных устанавливается частотность использования переводческих приёмов стратегии интенсификации при переводе речей политических деятелей с русского на китайский язык.
