The new automated control system architecture is offered which combines advantages of well-known engineering systems: super-computer productivity, wide functional potentialities of flexible manufacturing systems and artificial intelligence. The economic result of intelligent ACS introduction is to be produce quality increase, functionality enhancement, flexible programmable ties between devices, reliability increase of technical means and the elimination of outages at failures.
Engineering companies function under conditions of market economy. A basic criterion of assessment is profit. Companies use strategic, competitive and situation control. There is developed a model of intelligent automated system of control. The model is used for analysis and training to strategy and tactics of competitive activity for a market.
The development of a generalized structural and functional scheme for intelligence control systems in mechanical engineering is presented. The invariant core and applied technological part are emphasized. The requirements to a hardware-software complex of intelligence control systems are formulated. A new architecture is offered which unites the advantages of the well-known engineering systems: high productivity, wide functional potentialities and artificial intelligence
The purpose of the work consists in the im-provement of known control methods of automated control system working capacity. A possibility for con-trol of automated control system working capacity based on artificial neural networks (ANN) is shown. ANN must be taught. ANN training requires a large training sample, substantial costs, computer resources, time and has high labor intensity. Methods of investigation are modeling, methods of artificial intelligence, artificial neural networks. As a result of the investigation there is devel-oped and investigated a method of automated control system (ACS) working capacity control with the use of a neural network.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
