Цель исследования-изучить особенности изменений болевой чувствительности в динамике развития невропатического болевого синдрома (НБС) на разных этапах развития повышенной судорожной активности мозга (киндлинга), вызванного конвульсантом пентилентетразолом у крыс линии Вистар. Материал и методы. Проведено 2 серии опытов по одной и той же схеме с интервалом в один год с разными видами наркоза (1-я серия-хлоралгидратный и 2-я-эфирный). НБС воспроизводили путем перерезки опытным и контрольным животным левого седалищного нерва на уровне подколенной ямки. Интенсивность НБС у животных оценивали в баллах по выраженности аутотомии на оперированной конечности (поражение когтей, фаланг и стоп) и количеству животных с аутотомией. Киндлинг осуществляли ежедневным внутрибрюшинным введением животным конвульсанта пентилентетразола в субсудорожной дозе 30 мг на 1 кг массы тела в течение 24 и 27 дней. Результаты. Развитие НБС у животных на ранних стадиях киндлинга с тяжестью судорог 1-2 балла не отличалось от такового у контрольных животных. На более поздних стадиях развития киндлинга у животных с тяжестью судорог 4-5 баллов аутотомии появлялись значительно позже, чем у животных с тяжестью судорог 1-2 балла и у контрольных животных. Заключение. Животные с тяжестью судорог 4-5 баллов, подвергнутые киндлингу в течение 24 и 27 дней, оказались более устойчивы к развитию НБС по сравнению с контрольными животными.
