Найпоширенішою у гетерогенній групі клінічних, генетичних і біохімічних розладів, які мають спільні м’язові клінічні та дистрофічні характеристики, є м’язова дистрофія Дюшена (МДД). Незважаючи на те, що в Україні застосовують світові тенденції терапії МДД, нам не вдалося знайти досліджень щодо застосування гідрокінезотерапії (ГКТ) при даній патології. Також ми провели пошук публікацій у базах науково-методичної літератури, які приділяли увагу застосуванню гідрокінезотерапії для дітей з м’язовою дистрофією Дюшена за останні 10 років з використанням таких ключових слів як гідрокінезотерапія, вправи у воді, фізична терапія у воді, акватерапія. Мета дослідження – виявити наявність наукової літератури щодо застосування гідрокінезотерапії, як складової фізичної терапії, в осіб з м’язовою дистрофією. Вивчаючи дану літературу, ми виявили, що застосування ГКТ йшло в таких основних напрямках, як: порівняння рухової функції на суші та у воді; оцінка клінічної ефективності ГКТ; визначення, чи є ГКТ ефективною з точки зору функціональної мобільності; перевірка впливу ГКТ на швидкість і витрати енергії під час пересування сидячи на рівній поверхні та функціональну мобільність в осіб із МДД; опис динаміки зміни тривалості часу занурення у пацієнтів із МДД; оцінка респіраторних змін і функціональних результатів у пацієнтів із МДД. Висновки: кількість публікацій, які вивчають питання гідрокінезотерапії при МДД за останні п’ять років не суттєво збільшилася, проте є досить обмеженою. Ми погоджуємося з даними попередніх дослідників, що не існує єдиної думки щодо того, які саме вправи необхідно застосовувати при МДД, але важливою умовою є те, що не можна доводити пацієнта до втоми. В подальшому необхідно проаналізувати особливості методик гідрокінезотерапі при МДД та їх ефективність.
