Мета дослідження. Оцінка інформованості лікарів-стоматологів із питань внутрішньо-кореневої резорбції зуба, їх відношення до проблеми та шляхи її вирішення. Методи дослідження. Проведено анкетування 155 лікарів-стоматологів на онлайн-платформі ендодонтичної спільноти лікарів-стоматологів України 2022 року у групі «Ендодонтична спільнота лікарів України Lviv Endo Hub». Була використана спеціально розроблена анкета, в якій були представлені напівзакриті питання. Оцінка анкетування передбачала аналіз можливих причин виникнення внутрішньо- кореневої резорбції зуба та застосовуваних в клінічній практиці лікарями-стоматологами методів діагностики та лікування зубів із внутрішньо-кореневою резорбцією. Наукова новизна. До даного часу епідеміологічних даних про поширеність внутрішньо-кореневої резорбції немає. Не встановлено причини її виникнення; перебіг внутрішньої резорбції кореня зуба. На думку різних авторів, резорбція кореня зуба може бути спричинена місцевими факторами – ятрогенною травмою пульпи зуба, надмірним навантаженням при проведенні ортодонтичного лікування, а також пов’язана із загальними факторами – системними захворюваннями, функціональними порушеннями, персистуючою вірусною інфекцією, ін. На сучасному етапі недостатня увага до проблеми внутрішньо- кореневої резорбції зуба призводить до діагностичних помилок і ускладнень, а результати лікування виявляються малоефективними. Висновки. Аналізуючи результати анкетування, встановлено, що лікарі- стоматологи часто недостатньо проінформовані та недооцінюють проблему внутрішньо-кореневої резорбції зуба. Практикуючі лікарі-стоматологи не мають достатнього ступеня інформованості про методи та засоби лікування і профілактики внутрішньо-кореневої резорбції зуба, про дотримання алгоритму лікування на всіх його етапах, що, в кінцевому результаті могли б підвищити якість лікування.
