Провести анализ и подробное описание актуальных референтных линий и углов на стопе и голеностопном суставе для определения патологии, а также представить возможные хирургические решения выявленных ортопедических нарушений в травматолого-ортопедической практике. Материалы и методы. С января 2016 по ноябрь 2017 года была проведена рентгенометрия стоп 528 пациентов с различной травматолого-ортопедической патологией. Средний возраст больных составил 12,3±5,6 лет. По показаниям пациентам выполнялась рентгенография стопы с голеностопным суставом при нагрузке (стоя) в боковой и прямой проекциях, среднего отдела стопы в прямой проекции, заднего отдела в косой проекции 45° с нагрузкой. Результаты и обсуждение. Все пациенты были комплексно обследованы, включая описанный выше план рентгенологического исследования, а также получили соответствующее лечение патологии стопы и голеностопного сустава. По данным рентгенологического обследования описаны различные периоды развития стопы, референтные линии и углы сегмента, которые основаны на данных литературы и собственных исследованиях авторов. Эти данные были использованы в процессе обследования и планирования тактики оперативного лечения обследуемых пациентов в ортопедическом отделении РНЦ «ВТО», а также являлись одним из критериев результата лечения. Соответственно выявленным рентгенологическим нарушениям и клинической картине были предложены возможные оперативные решения. Заключение. При оценке состояния стопы пациента (особенно ребенка) врачу важно учитывать ее возрастную рентгеноанатомию, референтные линии и углы различных отделов сегмента для более детальной верификации патологии, планирования и оценки результата лечения. Своевременное выявление патологии стопы и голеностопного сустава, постановка правильного клинико-рентгенологического диагноза позволяют разработать адекватную индивидуальную программу лечения больного, избежать прогрессирования нарушений и возможных осложнений.
