The relevance of the research topic is due to modern global digital transformations and the transition to the digital economy and digital society. Social digitalization is caused by qualitative technological changes. All over the world, digitalization in education is closely related to a new way of life in a digital environment and the emergence of generations who were born and study in the specific environment. The study was based on a survey assessing the quality of digitalization in education, which involved 475 students and 118 teachers of the Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University (Yekateringburg). Based on the analysis of modern research on digital education, the most important components of digitalization have been identified and assessed in the survey. The survey was based on a Likert scale; the importance of each significant aspect of digitalization was assessed from 0 to 10. Unanimously, the research participants rated the level of penetration of digital technologies into Russian higher education as low: 3.15 (students) and 3.43 (teachers). The contribution of digitalization to academic performance was rated above average (7.25 and 5.21, respectively). There were some differences in the assessment of the role of the teacher in the digital environment (4.65 and 7.14), the convenience of the digital environment (7.11 and 2.53) and its positive impact on student motivation (8.09 and 3.61, respectively). The increase in the cognitive capabilities of students due to digitalization was also differently assessed by the students and teachers (6.88 and 3.11, respectively). Thus, digitalization in Russian universities generally reflects the expectation of its future development and a positive student attitude to the available opportunities. The novelty of the research is an attempt to objectively assess the internal process of digitalization and determine further research directions. In practice, the study can reform the education system, accelerate and improve the process of higher education digitalization.

Аннотация. Введение. Научные школы служат локомотивами развития науки и центрами подготовки ученых. При этом большое значение имеет личность основателя и руководителя научной школы, который должен обладать уникальным теоретическим мышлением, талантом и интуицией исследователя-экспериментатора, быть целеустремленным, способным к генерации идей и лично заинтересованным в разработке актуальных научных проблем, а также иметь незаурядные организаторские и педагогические качества.Цель статьи -исследование становления, эволюции и прогнозирование перспектив развития основных направлений научной школы академика РАО Г. М. Романцева.Методология и методы. В основу работы положен герменевтический метод -метод толкования и понимания научных текстов, а также общенаучные методы анализа, синтеза, сравнения и обобщения научного наследия.Результаты и научная новизна. Авторами предпринята попытка осмысления содержания трудов Г. М. Романцева и коллектива авторов созданной им научной школы, спроектировавших теоретическую модель профессионально-педагогического образования в России. Отмечается междисциплинарность многих работ, которые часто ведутся на стыке педагогики, психологии, философии, права и экономики, и научно-практический характер большинства исследований: теоретические изыскания непрерывно сопровождаются инновационной экспериментальной деятельностью.Обоснованы место профессиональной педагогики в системе педагогических наук и ее роль как теоретико-методологического фундамента профессионально-педагогического образования. Purpose of the study: The article aims at revealing the peculiarities of integration processes in the field of professional and higher education against the background of integration, internationalization, and globalization of world social processes in general.   Methodology: The methodological basis of the study was the philosophical and anthropological approach - in solving the problem of forming a learning personality in the system of modern social relations, activity and system approaches contributed to the identification of the place and role of a learning personality (future employee) in the modern economic and social system as a whole. Results: The most important problems of modern vocational education are revealed: the formation and becoming of a learning personality in the dynamically changing world of professions and the labor market. An analysis of the concepts of trans-professionalism and poly-professionalism is presented in the context of changing professionalism and changes in the nature and list of traditional professions. Objective and subjective factors of the development of a competently developed personality in the system of professional and higher education are revealed. The objective factors are presented as the laws of social development - divisions and changes of labor, as well as the law of labor universality, the meaning of which is to form a future specialist with universal skills and competencies - not only with a certain level of professional education, but also personal properties of creativity, mobility, communicativeness, deep responsibility for making difficult decisions, focusing on the result of his own work and, most important, with the formed skill of self-education and self-development. Subjective factors are considered to be the formation of professional thinking which should include signs of objectivity and practical functionality. Applications of this study: The materials of this article can be useful for teachers of the vocational education system in the points of a strategy of the learning personality development, building an individual path of its development, planning development and the formation of general cultural and professional competencies, etc. The results of the study are important for lawmakers in the field of vocational education in creating and upgrading educational and professional standards, bringing them in line with educational standards according to with the objective factors in the development of vocational education and subjective factors - the requirements for learning personality and for the formation of professional thinking. Novelty/Originality of this study: The interrelations of economics and vocational education are revealed on the level of educational and professional standards, requirements of employers and professional training of specialists in the system of professional and higher education.

Cancer is a complex systemic disease that changes the entire proteome. The analysis of this transformation makes it possible to determine tumor markers, that is, the most characteristic biomacromolecules produced by tumor cells. Here, the question of finding ideal tumor markers, which should be sensitive, specific, and reliable, is an acute issue. Unfortunately, none of the tumor markers, even those used in the clinic, has all these characteristics. Despite this, many tumor markers have demonstrated excellent clinical relevance for monitoring the effectiveness of different treatments for cancer patients. The use of markers also aids in the early detection of cancer recurrence and prognosis. Therefore, the situation in this area can be improved in two ways – by attempting to find an ideal single tumor marker or generating panels of different markers. In both cases, proteomics certainly plays a major role. Human plasma is one of the most popular samples as it is commonly collected in the clinic and provides noninvasive, rapid analysis for any type of disease including cancer. Many efforts have been applied in searching for “ideal” tumor markers digging very deep plasma proteome. There is a line of evidence that the most abundant, so-called “classical plasma proteins”, may be used to generate a tumor biomarker profile. To be comprehensive these profiles should have information not only about protein levels but proteoform distribution for each protein. Initially, the profile of these proteins in norm should be generated. Here, we present data about these profiles generated by two-dimensional electrophoresis with the following mass-spectrometry and immunodetection.
