The article presents the pedagogical experience in designing and conducting educational events in the field of mediation based on the use of digital technologies. In particular, the experience of organizing an interregional online olympiad among students of grades 10–11 of the regions of the Yenisei Siberia is described through the development and use of the resources of a massive open online course. The experience of holding a school section with reports on mediation within the framework of an international scientific conference in a remote format is considered. The results of the implementation of the childrenʼs competition for the development and protection by teams of peer mediators of projects in the format of web quests on the topics of prevention and conflict resolution by means of mediation are presented and analyzed. Examples of sites developed by schoolchildren, online communities, as well as chat bots are presented.
The purpose of the article is the theoretical substantiation of the didactic potential of the means of theatrical art in the development of the negotiation competence of the future teacher-mediator. The main idea of the research is to consider the problem of organizing the training of negotiators for the field of education at the interdisciplinary level, which ensures the complex nature of the educational activities of students-future teachers-mediators. More results consist in the presentation of an innovative approach to the development of the negotiation competence of the teacher-mediator, in particular, in development of the idea to Supplement the structure of the negotiation competence of acting component, the formulation of the scientific definition of acting competence of the teacher-mediator, development and justification of the conditions of realization of educational activity in the University by means of theatrical art, contributing to the successful professionalization of the future teacher-mediator. The theoretical significance of the research is to expand the understanding of the phenomenon of negotiation competence in relation to acting creativity, in particular, with acting technique, and to identify opportunities for developing the negotiation competence of a future teacher-mediator based on the methodology of theatrical art (on the example of theatricalization, forum theater and the use of acting and directing memoirs in professional training).
This article examines the various options for design structures and their application in construction organizations. The hypothesis on the management company role importance in improving the efficiency of the design structures’ use in construction in the Russian Federation has been put forward. The scheme “Project management - management company function”, which reflects the composition and place of the team, the relationship between project participants has been presented. The project’s resource support has been described with such a scheme for organizing a construction project. The authors have analyzed and described the differences between the management company and the developer or technical customer. Based on the system analysis methods, the authors determined the advantages of completing a construction project with the management company involvement, listed the advantages of digitalizing the project participants’ interaction and organizing a single information space. The synergistic effect of attracting a management company to carry out the construction project management function and the organization of this interaction in a single information space has been analyzed. The potential arising from the combined action of these factors is described. The options for organizing a single information space that makes it possible to unite the project participants and complement the positive impact of the management company’s participation in the project are indicated. The methods of organizing the information exchange between the construction project’s participants within the project team have been described.
