Данная работа представляет собой обзор исследований, посвященных анализу изменений уровня рождаемости и репродуктивных намерений населения в России и в других странах мира, происходящих во время пандемии COVID-19. В качестве причин снижения рождаемости в этот период в основном называются следующие: материальные трудности, риски, связанные со здоровьем женщины и ее будущего ребенка, ухудшение отношений между партнерами, рост числа разводов, неопределенность. В работе предлагается классификация собранных источников: в соответствии с методом сбора данных (опросы или агрегированные данные), а также причинами откладывания рождаемости. Обозреваемые работы затрагивают не все страны (рассматриваются Великобритания, Армения, Австралия, Австрия, Бельгия, Германия, Дания, Испания, Италия, Китай, Латвия, Литва, Нидерланды, Норвегия, Российская Федерация, Словения, США, Финляндия, Франция, Хорватия, Швеция, Эстония, Южная Корея), а применяемая в них методология исследований не позволяет в полной мере идентифицировать эффект пандемии COVID-19. Модельные расчеты в большинстве работ не проводились. В основном результаты и выводы получены на основании анализа описательных статистик и ответов респондентов на конкретные вопросы о влиянии пандемии на их репродуктивные намерения. В большинстве статей делается вывод об отрицательном эффекте пандемии на рождаемость, и лишь только в работах по Скандинавским странам обсуждается положительный эффект. Анализ влияния COVID-19 на рождаемость может подтолкнуть правительства стран к проведению активных государственных мер для формирования основы поддержания стабильного уровня деторождений.
