Стаття присвячена питанням обґрунтування доцільності застосування статистичних характеристик для показника ефективності процесу діагностування телекомунікаційних та радіоелектронних систем. Відомо, що використання телекомунікаційних та радіоелектронних систем за призначенням у промисловій діяльності з кожним роком має тенденцію до швидкого зростання. Тому неминучою вимогою до цих систем є підвищення рівня показників надійності та ремонтопридатності. Забезпечення надійності та ремонтопридатності телекомунікаційних та радіоелектронних систем є одним із основних завдань системи експлуатації. Система експлуатації містить у своєму складі обладнання, персонал, документацію, ресурси, засоби експлуатації, контрольно-вимірювальну апаратуру. У системі експлуатації реалізуються процеси використання за призначенням, технічного обслуговування, поточного ремонту, продовження ресурсу. Досвід експлуатації показує, що поточний ремонт складається з процедур діагностування, відновлення працездатності та моніторингу параметрів. Аналіз літератури у сфері діагностування телекомунікаційних та радіоелектронних систем показує, що проблемі визначення статистичних характеристик показників ефективності діагностування приділяється недостатньо уваги. При цьому більшість наукових результатів пов’язані з використанням тільки математичних сподівань показників ефективності. Однак показник ефективності є стохастичним процесом, оскільки виникнення відмов носить випадковий характер. Такий процес можна охарактеризувати щільністю розподілу ймовірності, яка містить повну інформації про нього. Використання щільності розподілу ймовірності може дати можливість розробити більш точні алгоритми оброблення даних у системах експлуатації телекомунікаційних та радіоелектронних систем. В якості показника ефективності процесу діагностування обрано ймовірність правильного діагностування, оскільки в процесі діагностування можливі помилки першого та другого роду. Для цього показника розроблено покрокову методику визначення його статистичних характеристик. Унаслідок її реалізації може бути отриманий дискретний ряд розподілу для ймовірності правильного діагностування. Методика пояснюється на конкретному прикладі. При цьому як об’єкт діагностування обрано антенну систему для радіомоніторингу. Для неї побудовано діагностичну модель та два варіанти програм діагностування на основі інженерного методу та методу інформаційного параметру. У результаті розраховані два дискретні ряди розподілу для ймовірності правильного діагностування. Порівняльний аналіз також був доповнений розрахунком математичних сподівань ймовірності правильного діагностування та дисперсій для різних початкових даних. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані в процесі проєктування та вдосконалення системи експлуатації телекомунікаційних та радіоелектронних систем під час процесів діагностування.
Стаття присвячена питанням щодо вирішення науково-практичної задачі розроблення процедур статистичного оброблення даних щодо показників надійності телекомунікаційних та радіоелектронних систем у випадку погіршення їх технічного стану та загального резервування обладнання. Відомо, що використання телекомунікаційних та радіоелектронних систем у промисловій діяльності з кожним роком має тенденція до сталого розширення. Тому неминучою вимогою до цих систем є підвищення надійності їх функціонування, особливо під час їх використання за призначення для об’єктів критично важливої інфраструктури. Одним із шляхів підвищення надійності є резервування. Не зважаючи на застосування різних методів підвищення надійності, технічний стан телекомунікаційних та радіоелектронних систем все одно може погіршуватися внаслідок неминучого виникнення відмов та пошкоджень, дії людського фактору та оточуючого навколишнього середовища, нестабільності системи електроживлення та ряду інших чинників. Процес погіршення технічного стану зазвичай пов’язаний з переходом від стадії нормальної експлуатації до стадії інтенсивного зносу. Цей процес може бути візуально виявлений шляхом спостереження за показниками надійності, насамперед інтенсивністю відмов, яка після досягнення певного часового моменту починає зростати. Об’єктом розгляду цієї статті є резервована телекомунікаційна та радіоелектронна система, технічний стан якої у випадковий момент часу починає погіршуватися. Первинними даними для розрахунку обрано напрацювання обладнання на відмову. Окрім того, у статті зроблено припущення щодо стрибкоподібної моделі погіршення технічного стану, яка описується двовимірною функцією Хевісайда. Для цієї моделі знайдені аналітичні співвідношення для щільностей розподілу імовірностей напрацювань на відмову. Це дозволило виконати синтез алгоритму оброблення статистичних даних з метою виявлення факту погіршення технічного стану телекомунікаційних та радіоелектронних систем. Синтез виконувався на основі застосування правила оптимального виявлювача та з використання апарату багатоальтернативної перевірки гіпотез. При цьому отримані аналітичні вирази для вирішальних статистик, а значення порогів прийняття рішень знаходилися шляхом статистичного моделювання. З метою аналізу запропонованої процедури оброблення статистичних даних були побудовані характеристики виявлення для різних значень початкових параметрів моделі. Побудова характеристик виявлення виконувалася шляхом статистичного моделювання. Унаслідок розрахунку отримані прийнятні значення імовірності правильного виявлення. Загалом результати досліджень можуть бути використані під час розроблення та вдосконалення систем експлуатації авіаційних телекомунікаційних та радіоелектронних систем.
