Бороны с зубопружинными рабочими органами являются достаточно универсальным типом машин, поскольку могут решать широкий спектр задач в разнообразных условиях эксплуатации. Значительно повысить качество обработки почвы пружинной бороной позволяет использование параллелограммных подвесок в креплении секций к продольным поддержкам рамы. Данный способ крепления позволяет добиться лучшего копирования неровностей поверхности почвы рабочими органами бороны и значительно расширить диапазоны технологических регулировок. При лучшем копировании микрорельефа обеспечивается одинаковый характер взаимодействия пружинных зубьев, расположенных на разных рядах секции, с поверхностью почвы, что создает предпосылки для повышения равномерности глубины обработки. Вопрос повышения качества поверхностной обработки почвы за счет обеспечения рациональных конструктивных и эксплуатационных параметров актуален. Процесс работы секции бороны смоделирован на основе уравнения Лагранжа второго рода. Получено уравнение движения рабочей секции пружинной бороны с параллелограммной подвеской. На основании численного решения полученного уравнения выявлено, что добиться необходимой амплитуды отклонений рабочей секции бороны с параллелограммной подвеской возможно за счет подбора рациональных конструктивных и эксплуатационных параметров. Установлено значительное влияние на амплитуду отклонений секции при взаимодействии ее рабочих органов с почвой угла установки наклонных тяг параллелограммной подвески и их длины. Значительно влияет на амплитуду отклонений секции место крепления блока компенсирующих пружин к наклонным тягам параллелограммных подвесок. Использование блока компенсирующих пружин с возможностью регулирования усилия поджатия позволяет значительно расширить диапазон технологических регулировок пружинной бороны.
