<p>В експерименті встановлено, що пострезекційна артеріальна легенева гіпертензія призводить до розвитку легеневого серця і вираженої структурної перебудови передсердь. Остання характеризується гіпертрофією кардіоміоцитів, їх ядер, зростанням відносних об’ємів строми, пошкоджених серцевих м’язових клітин, погіршанням мікрогемоциркуляції, порушеннями тканинного і клітинного структурних гомеостазів. Виявлені морфологічні зміни домінували у правому передсерді декомпенсованого легеневого серця.</p>
<p>Морфологічними методами вивчено особливості структурних змін ангіоархітектоніки мікрогемоциркуляторного русла шлуночків серця дослідних тварин після правосторонньої пульмонектомії. Встановлено, що остання призводить до розвитку легеневого серця та вираженої структурної перебудови ангіоархітектоніки мікрогемоциркуляторного русла шлуночків серця, яка характеризується звуженням просвіту приносної (артеріоли, прекапіляри), обмінної (капіляри) та розширенням його венозної частини (посткапіляри, венули), зміною просторової орієнтації мікросудин, безсудинними зонами. більш виражені структурні зміни судин мікрогемоциркуляторного русла домінують у правому шлуночку декомпенсованого легеневого серця.</p>
